We arrive at the location and it's breathtaking.
It's a chalet with a beautiful way leading to it, flowers blossoming on both sides of the way.
The ceremony is supposed to be outside in the backyard, depending on if the weather plays along but so far it looks pretty promising.

We get out of the car and I flatten my dress a little and feel Scarlett looking at me. I tilt my head a little in question.

"You look so beautiful." She breathes out and I smile and feel happiness rising inside me.

"Thank you, so do you." I say and gesture to her dress. She smiles softly and takes my hand, kissing the back of it. Rose gets out of the car as well and looks around.

"Woah, it's really pretty." She says, admiring the chalet and the flowers. I lean down to tug a little on her dress, that's ridden up a bit due to the car ride.

"Is Aunty Lizzie already here?" Rose asks and takes my hand when we walk towards the entrance.

"She is. She's probably getting ready right now. I am supposed to help her, so I would leave you two alone?" Scar looks at me in question. I nod.

"Of course, go help Lizzie and try to calm her a little down, I bet she's pretty nervous." I say and Scarlett smiles thankfully at me before pecking my lips and giving Rose a kiss on the cheek.

"I will be checking in on you when I can. Oh, and babe, I will text you when Rose needs to be indoors before the ceremony starts." She informs me and I give her a thumbs up.

"Don't worry about us, we are doing fine." I say and shoo her towards the entrance. She laughs a little but goes inside and I turn to Rose.

"We still have some time before it all starts. Is there anything you want to do?" I ask and she thinks about it.

"Can we look at the backyard? I heard Mommy saying that it's supposed to be the place where the magic happens." She asks with big eyes and excitement laces her voice. I chuckle a little.

"Of course." I agree and lead her around the house to the backyard.
It looks truly magical with the arch on the lawn, a cherry blossom tree above with hundreds of pink blossoms.
A flower tendril is braided into the material of the arch.
White chairs are facing the arch and around there are some decorations like fairy lights, banderols and even more flowers.

Lizzie and Robbie really did an amazing job planning this and taking care of decorations and location.
When I look at the arch, I see myself standing there, waiting for Scarlett to walk down the aisle, for a second. The thought makes my heart beat faster in excitement.

"It is kinda magically." Rose whispers and looks up into the cherry blossom tree.
"But what kind of magic will they do here?"
I laugh a little at her question and turn to Rose.

"Not the kind of magic you're thinking about. What your mom meant was that this is the place where Lizzie and Robbie will be married. It is a very special moment in a person's life and often described as magical." I explain and Rose looks around one more time.

"So, no real magic?" She asks and I gently brush over her hair.

"No, but it will still be very special." I answer and she looks at me in thought.

"But if it's so special, why doesn't it hold forever?" She asks and I am a little taken aback by her question, not sure what she means.

"What do you mean, it doesn't hold forever?" I ask gently and Rose looks to the chalet before looking back at me.

"Mommy and Dad married each other, why didn't it hold forever?" She asks and I breathe out, not expecting to have that kind of talk today but I understand that it makes Rose think about it and question a few things. I lead her to the chairs and we sit down.
