You tried banging on the door. It looked flimsy but unfortunately it held its ground and didn't budge.
It had a built in lock within the door nob. You could try to pick it Skyrim-style but let's be honest, video game skills don't exactly translate into real life talent.
You reached into the pockets of your trousers and felt around to pull out a bubble gum wrapper, a ketchup packet and a paperclip. The paper clip could work. You unbend the paperclip and jam it into the lock, wiggling it around and hoping that something would click and there was a faint sound of mechanical bits moving around in there but you couldn't be sure.
Was the paper clip moving in or was that just placebo levels of progression? You tried pulling the clip back out but it felt stuck so you gripped tighter and yanked it out. It was contorted at the tip.
You tried opening the door again but the outcome was still the same. Locked.
It was definitely defeating. All those times you've told your parents that video games help you learn, and the whole "it improves your hand-eye coordination" talk. All for nothing. So while you've been trying to repeat the paperclip lockpicking process for about five minutes, Freddy had finally managed to pull Roxy together. Emotionally, not physically. It would have taken much more than just tap to pull her together physically.
"Where too next?" Roxy asked limping towards you. She had one arm on Chica to help her guide her.
"I wanted to see what was behind this door before we went to Chicas room to get the party pass." You explained, still attempting to pick the stubborn lock. One could also argue that you were the stubborn one for still trying.
Roxy held out her arms, waving them around slowly until she had reached the door."I don't suppose any of you guys know how to pick a lock?" You asked.
Chica shook her head."Picking a lock would mean that we would enter restricted areas Superstar. That is not permitted." Freddy strictly stated.
"Come on Freddy, don't be a stick in the mud." You taunted sarcastically.
Roxy took a step back and so did you. Did she actually know how to pick the lock? The answer was, no. No she didn't.
She lunged towards the door, letting it crumble to pieces, which opened up the room nicely."Roxy!?" Freddy gasped.
"Well she couldn't see what she was doing. I think it was a convenient accident." You replied smugly.
"Accidents do happen." Roxy said in a casual tone, slowly bringing herself up with the help of Chica.
Stepping under the sharp shredded door chunks, you took a look into the room.
It was literally just a broom closet. How would the rabbit person have had a chance to escape?
Well, there it was. A vent.
Along the edges of the vent lined bits of white fur that most likely got caught when the rabbit person hastily made an escape. Now, here's an option. You could either try to follow the rabbit person through the creepy dark vent, or, you could continue along the original plan to get a party pass.
Despite the urging curiosity, you did in fact wish to sustain your life and not throw yourself into harms way so you decided that the safer and more reasonable option would be to stay with the glamrocks and not chase down the intruder."So I guess there's nothing in here for us." You sighed. However, just as you were about to step out, something shiny had caught your eye. It was just barely visible under a shelf unit. It could have well been a plastic wrapper but there's no harm in double checking right?
You prepare to bend down to inspect this mysterious object but the arising headache stopped you.
Chica steps in and grabs it for you."Thanks Chica" you murmured as you took it from her palm.
It was a vile, with its label scrapped off. It was mostly empty, leaving a rim of substance left at the bottom. The cap was the more unusual part of the finding, it had a small hole in its cap, similar to one used in a medical setting that would allow you to subtract medication from the vile with a syringe
"What is this?" You asked, handing it over to Freddy. A blue laser-like light shone from his eyes, scanning the it.
"It appears to be a vile. The substance within it seems to be a form of intra-venous sedative, I believe."
"Sedative? Like what they use before a surgery to put you to sleep?" You asked. You weren't an anaesthesiologist and aren't very familiar with different sedative drugs or their effects, and it was more strange that a sedative would be found in a kids restaurant. It's unlikely a coincidence with the weird events happening throughout the night.
"So someone's been doing drugs here or something?" You asked. You didn't exactly see the significance of the discovery although, the rabbit person was here before so it might be connected to them? You weren't sure.
"I would hope not. The Freddy Fazbear Mega Pizzaplex does not condone such activities." Freddy sternly said. He wiggled his ears while burrowing his browns to give himself a strict look but it just came off as goofy to you.
To your limited knowledge on medicine in general, you sort of knew the basics. A sedative is a depressant that reduces the person's ability to feel painful external stimuli, or may render a patient unconscious. At least, that's what you thought. That definition might be a little off but it's the basics.
Was the rabbit person taking sedatives for a depressant affect? Some depressants could cause withdrawal effects so it could be possible that they might be an addict or something. But, that did seem a bit off because a vile of this size would be enough to knock someone out. Maybe. Again, you weren't an anaesthesiologist and have no based knowledge on drugs in general.
"Well, that's weird. We'll hold onto it I guess. It might come as evidence later. It doesn't fit into my pockets. Do any of you guys have a place to carry it?"
"I can place it into my stomach hatch" Freddy suggested. You ducked out of the small broom closet.
"Alright cool. So anyway, back on track. We're going to chicas room for a party pass right?"
Chica nodded enthusiastically, and it made her head twist and rotate in unnatural ways, leaving it dangling when it came to a stop. Her original animated movements had become more unnerving in her shattered form.
