Since her eyes fell on that one boy with a bunny smile, YN couldn't think of anything or anyone but think about him all day and night. She felt like she was being dragged into his world where she doesn't exist. She wanted to know more about him as well as she doesn't wanna come near to this precious boy since he was already in a relationship.
Hugging her pillow tightly, she closed her eyes, not wanting to think about this boy who has stole her heart in the very first sight and since then she couldn't think anything straight. After hours of moving all over the bed, her eyes finally drifted to some sound sleep.
It felt like a few minutes to her but the sun rays were already falling right on her face, making her squint her eyebrows. With half-opened eyes, she rolled off her bed, falling her feet on the floor, and dragging herself towards the bathroom to take a shower.
Her everyday routine was so boring but she felt like she wanted to keep her more beautiful and she didn't fail to put in some effort for the same. Wearing a light blue cotton shirt with matching trousers to fight this sunny day, she decided to have her breakfast on the way or in the cafeteria. She was more excited to have a sneak peek of this boy since it would be hard to see him once he enters his classes.
Taking her stuff from the car, she walked towards the cafeteria, knowing that he would be there to buy some drinks for himself and his girlfriend. She patiently waited with her drink and that was when she heard some giggles, making her turn to the couple who just entered wearing matching couple t-shirts.
She smiled instantly when she saw the boy walking with his girl, hand in hand. His smile was brighter than the sun and the way he was smiling at his girl was melting YN's heart. They were seated at the table, still holding hands. "I feel like everyone is staring at us, Jungkook," Lori said, making Jungkook giggle. "As they should,"
"I will buy you coffee," Jungkook says before getting up to walk to the counter to make the order. After buying a cup of milk for him and a coffee for her, he walked back to her. YN, who was still seated there, didn't fail to notice any of his moves of him. She was admiring him as if only he exists in the entire world. She was holding back her smile, staring at him with lovable eyes.
"Boo," Tracie came in front of YN's view, making her startle. "Fuck off, Tracie." YN put her hand on her heart since she literally backed off because of the shock. Tracie giggled and sat next to YN, snatching the drink from her. Once she tasted the drink, Tracie's eyes squinted in disgust.
"Eww, it's milk," Tracie said and she stared at YN with pure shock and annoyance. "Since when did you start drinking milk?" She questioned but YN just giggled, eyes didn't leave the young man. Tracie's eyes fell on Jungkook who was still clinging to his girlfriend. "What in the hell, YN?" Tracie chuckled as she looked back at YN.
"I don't know," YN mumbled with a smile, still staring at him. "Whatever, hey look at me. We are going to Jeju Island this weekend." Tracie said and that's when YN looked back at Tracie. "I-I'm not coming, I have more plans," YN said but Tracie scoffed at her. "I know what your plans are. Drinking and sleeping all day. Instead, for the better, we can do that in Jeju," Tracie added but YN has no interest to go.
"Come on," Tracie locked her fingers with YN's and that was when Mike came in, sitting next to YN. "So, we are going, right?" Mike said but Tracie was already shaking her head no. "YN. Let's go. It's been months since we were there. We are going to get wasted and we can have more fun as well," Mike said, trailing up his hand on YN's thigh.
YN lazily turned her head and stared at Mike. "Please," Mike begged, showing his puppy eyes to her. "Austin and Claire are so excited too," adding that, Mike was still rubbing against her thigh, convincing her to agree to this plan. "Ugh. Fine. But I'm not taking my car. I'm not at all driving," YN said and Mike instantly agreed.
"Sure, you just have to come with us. That is all we wanted. I wanted," Mike said and YN nodded her head. "Woah, I told you, she is coming," Mike stood up, followed by Tracie. Those two hugged each other as YN finally agreed, but this didn't fail to drag everyone's attention on them.
That was when Jungkook and Lori turned their heads to the chaos happening and his eyes instantly fell on YN who was still seated, chuckling at whatever Mike and Tracie were doing. Jungkook had no idea that YN was here all this time. "Thank you, darling," Mike said, quickly pecking her cheek.
"Now throw this milk away and let's go to class. We have a lot to discuss with them as well," Tracie said before holding her hand and dragging her out of the cafeteria. Jungkook was turning his head, looking at them until they vanish from his sight.
"Why are they so noisy always?" Lori chuckled, staring at Jungkook. Jungkook just shrugged his shoulders, before sipping his drink.
"I would really bunk entire classes next week just for my love, Jeju," Tracie said, leaning on the desk, whispering to YN. "Yeah, I know how much you love the place," YN added and she turned back at Mike who was texting her. "I'm here, why are you texting me?" YN chuckled and that's when Mike leaned into her.
"I can't say things in here. People could hear me," Mike whispered against her ears and Tracie held her laugh. "Yeah, I can totally hear you, Mike,"
Mike rolled his eyes before turning to the professor. Austin and Claire were choosing their outfits for their vacation and YN thought she should choose some of them for herself too. She wanted to enjoy herself but when the thought of Jungkook would be out of sight from her in those days, made her sigh.
"Can we postpone this to next weekend?" YN whispered and Tracie gasped in the air, holding YN's hand tightly. "If you ever say that again, I would literally kill you, YN," Tracie dramatically said and YN was so pleased with how cute she looked. "Fine, I was just joking. Just help me with the outfits later," YN added.
"I will help you, YN," Mike said and YN turned to him. "If you again ditch your girlfriend for me, she's gonna bury you alive," YN said back and Mike mentally screamed. "Yeah, don't remind me that,"
YN had this habit of reading books. Her mother was her role model behind it. Her mom always said that she would always find her answers in the book.
YN held one of the books against her chest, while she was searching for the other one. A smile crept on her lips when she found the second one too. Holding her books she walked to the receptionist to scan the books. As she was walking towards it, she found Lori standing with her books, seems like she was struggling with something.
"Uh, Mam, can I have this one time? I will do it when I return it back," Lori said, staring at the woman at the receptionist. "I'm really sorry, we can't do that," the woman said and that was when YN came in, standing next to Lori. "What's the issue?" YN asked, and that's when Lori turned back at YN with wide eyes.
Lori didn't expect that. "I-I guess I can't have this book, but I really want this," Lori said and the woman in the receptionist spoke. "It's only for students with membership. She doesn't have it yet,"
"Oh, that's fine. You can use my ID for the book," YN smiled, handing her ID to the woman. "Oh, no, it's okay," Lori said but YN shook her head. "Have the membership soon, you can use it mine now," YN said and Lori hesitantly nodded before handing the book to the woman.
As the there books were scanned with YN's ID, she handed over the book to Lori. "Thank you so much, Uhm,"
"I'm YN," she extended her hand to the girl and Lori quickly reciprocated it. Lori really wondered if she was the same girl she was witnessing every day with her chaotic friends. She still doesn't forget what she said to her when they first met but Lori is a forgiving person, making her forgive YN.
"I'm Lori," as they smiled at each other, YN got off her hand. "See you," YN said before going out of the place.
Lori stood there, still wondering what just happened.
