'You are bloody kidding me!!' I roared, opening the door. Will looked at me in confusion.

'The officer let you in?' He asked.

'No. I threw him over the balcony.' I answered, glaring at him and Barbossa.

'What kind of justice is this?'

'You wanted to be part of the crew. I let you. Now you just gotta deal with it.' Barbossa said sternly.

'But-' I started

'Leave' Barbossa ordered. I gave Will a hateful look before storming off.

'How'd it go?' Lucas asked, pulling on the ropes

'Gender inequality is a bitch.' I declared, helping him tie knots in the rigging. He chuckled.

'Well, that's life.' He said. 'But look on the bright side, you got a private quarters of your own.'

'Hm. I guess you're right.' I replied. 'But I'm still not happy.'

'Well, nothing I can do about that.' He shrugged.

'You're not helping.'

'Had no intention to'

I scoffed but laughed, feeling a flush forming on my face. He smirked.

'Aw, did I make ickle Allegra blush?' He mocked. I stamped my foot on his.

'Don't be full of yourself' I hissed, walking away.

'So we're on for tonight?' He asked. 'I mean, for practice?' He asked, realising the double meanings of his words.

'Yeah. Tonight.' I answered before walking off.

Lucas's POV

I watched her walk off, black hair blowing in the sea wind. Oh, how her eyes sparkled, and the way she laughed and how I made her blush....

Wait, do I like her?!

Lucas, you're an idiot. Why would you think that? She's the girl that kicked your arse.

Really pretty one though

She's the first mate's sister.

Who cares?

She's out of your league

'Shut up me,' I said loudly. Scrum looked up.

'Eh, Lucas, you alright?' He asked in concern. I stared at him.

'Yeah, yeah. I'm..... fine.' I stammered. He looked at where I was looking and smirked.

'Oh, I see. You fancy her.' He said. I blushed.

'Do not!' I retorted. He laughed.

'Don't lie to me boy. I know the look of love when I see it. So how you going to woo her?' He asked.

'I don't know really.' I answered truthfully.

'Ah, don't worry boy. She'll fall for yeh.'

'What makes you think so?'

'Well, you're a nice boy. She's a sweet girl. She's bound to like yeh. Besides, better you than the rest of us idiots eh?'

'Yeah, I guess so.' I replied before getting back to work, still thinking about Allegra.

Oh, if only she was near me now.
