My Possessive Alpha Mate

Chapter 1

Adel's POV

"Adel, come on! We're going to be late!" My brother, Alex groaned.

"I'm almost done!" Adjusting my hair,I slung my bag over my shoulder. Using my super wolfy speed, I jogged over to the boys. I had a petite figure of 5'4 while Alex stood at 6'8 with muscles budging through the plain tee he wore. Dylan and Joshua were slightly shorter and less built. This was because Alex is next in line for Alpha position and had alpha blood, so he would naturally have a bigger build. Dylan will be the next Beta while Josh is the next third in command.

Although I had a small figure, people would say that i have the looks anyone would kill to have and skin that sparkled like porcelain. I just loved my naturally wavy brown hair which was always on point. Being the daughter of the Alpha and Luna, I needed to have a kind image.

"Ugh, why are girls are always so slow?" Alex grumbled.

"Let me hear you say that again after you find your mate." I smirked, knowing I won this fight. Alex huffed, not saying anything else.

We werewolves were supposed to find our mates when we turn 18. Alex is 19. Being my over protective brother and Alpha, he would be even more possessive over his mate. I couldn't wait to see him ogling over his mate, wouldn't that be so cute?

Looking over in the dining area, Dad was tickling Mom who was giggling. It was really cute and I would always imagine having this perfect relationship with my mate. I'm turning 18 in one week so that's just in 7 days! Not wanting to interupt their little bonding session we said our goodbyes and ran to school.

We went to this college called Moonlight college. It was named after our pack, Silver moon pack. There were quite alot of humans in our school but majority were werewolves of different packs. We had to attend school to bond with other packs and form alliances. Humans never knew about the true existence of werewolves and it had to be kept that way for the safety of our kind.

When we reached school, the other werewolves greeted us and bowed their heads in respect. Out of the corner of my eyes plus werewolf sight, I saw lust in the boys' eyes, looking at my body from head to toe. I heard a low growl warning growl from Alex, making the boys avert their eyes from me. I was wearing a simple white top and denim skinnies which showed off my slim yet curvy figure. Well, a daughter of the Alpha has to be role model. Literally, a model.

Although we had already completed school online, coming to school was to settle pack alliances and partially for being models. The responsibility was a burden but I enjoyed helping Alex with pack business. I never had any best friends too, like someone I would confide to because of the oh-so-protective Alex. He would always say "Dylan and Josh can replace those sluts." I rolled my eyes in response.

"Just so you know, Black Blood Pack enrolled into this school today. So we have to welcome them." Alex growled, tightening his fists as I gulped.

Black Blood Pack? They are notorious for taking innocent lives and kidnapping females, especially the pretty ones. "Is this for the alliance between our pack?" I asked nervously.

"Yes Adel. The Beta shares the same timetable as you so if they ever mistreat you, mind link me IMMEDIATELY." Alex let out a deep growl making us shiver. I may have alpha blood too, but he was Alpha and still had a higher rank than me with an additional bonus of being older by one year. Plus, NO ONE messes with Alex when he gets angry.
