Chapter 2

Adel's POV

I glanced down at the timetable my brother just handed to me. Great, first period is Biology and our biology teacher didn't come today. Looks like we're gonna spend time bonding with the class. A class with Black Blood Pack's Beta!

Black Blood Pack's Alpha was ruthless and killed thousands of people. My wolf snarled at that thought, thinking of the innocent people who have died in the hands of this man whom we will be having an alliance with. Whichever pack who went up against him would die a slow and painful death.

Luckily Josh and I shared the same class for biology so we walked together to class. Josh was hot and had a so-called 'bad boy look' and a toned six pack that girls would drool over. What, I mean he practically walks around the pack house half naked!

We sat at the back of the class near the window and Josh sat behind me.

"Oh my god! Adel did you see the members from the new pack? OH MY GEE I saw their cute ass Beta called Colin and he was SEXY AF. DID YOU SEE HIS BODY, IT WAS LEGIT PURE MUSCL-" Stephanie, ran up to my table and suddenly stopped talking halfway. Her jaws dropped when someone, probably a member of the new pack walked into the classroom. A different scent wafted into the classroom. Smells like flowers? Many different type of flowers. "That's the Beta of the Black Blood Pack, Colin." Josh said lowly while clenching his teeth.

When our eyes met, Colin smirked and took a seat beside me.

"Colin, the next beta of the Black Blood Pack. You must be the pretty Adel, daughter of Alpha Daniel of Silver moon pack. The one everyone is talking about." Colin took a step closer to me, our faces almost touching. Excuse him, he is legit stealing my oxygen and personal space.

"Yes I am. Welcome to Moonlight college, Colin." I gave at polite smile. Josh stepped in between us and let out a warning growl.

"Josh, next third in command of Silver moon pack." Josh coldly stated. Colin simply chuckled "Alright Mr Nice Guy."

Stephanie and the other girls were busy with their fangirling over the class two hottest guys.

"JOSH IS SO HOT WHEN HE'S MAD. HIS JAWLINE IS SO SHARP IT CAN EVEN CUT A PIECE OF MEAT." One of the girls stated. Now that's an interesting way to define someone's sex appeal.

"Pfft, Colin is WAYYY CUTER. Look at the way he laughs I swear that is a gift from heaven. He just blew me away." Another girl said dreamingly.

Stephanie decided to butt into the conversation. "GUYS WAIT. IF THE BETA IS ALREADY THAT HOT, I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THE ALPHA. I'M GOING TO VOLUNTEER MY VIRGINITY TO HIM." Talk about loyalty to her future mate, wow.

The girls squealed in excitement. I calmed Josh down and reminded him of the alliance we had to make with their pack.

"I know. I didn't like the way he looked at you." Josh glared at Colin.

"I'm fine, but this alliance is more important. It has to start with a friendship. If he does anything else, you can take charge alright?" I smiled reassuringly. Josh would be a great third in command with his protectiveness over his Luna.

Using the free period to talk to Colin, I realised he wasn't that bad. Just flirty and straight to the point. We talked about pack stuff and mates. He hasn't found his mate yet since his 18th birthday was in a month.

"Your's is next week? Cool, we can hang out on that day and I'll even give you the bonus of touching this." Colin winked, pointint at his abs while scooting closer to me. Right as he was going to sling his hand over my shoulder, the bell rang, signalling for the next period.

I quickly got up and let Josh pull me out of class.

"Alex is going to kill him when he knows about this."

"Not if we keep quiet about it. I don't want Alex fretting about a small matter like this. The pack should be his main priority." I stated. Josh sighed and rubbed his temples, finally giving in as I gave him a small squeeze, thanking him before going off to my next class with Colin.

Next period was Mathematics at room 03-08. I don't know why but my wolf suddenly got all jumpy and excited. Feeling confused I mind linked her.

'What's with the excitement?'

'Oh you'll know. ' I could imagine her giving me a wolfy smirk.

Right as I stepped into the classroom, a dozen pair of eyes stopped to look at me and only one of them caught my attention.

His blue piercing eyes stared right into my eyes and a flash of lust was replaced by anger when Colin had his arm around my shoulder. Wait what, since when did he do that? Right before I could smack it off, a loud growl came from the same guy. It held so much power that he made the other werewolves cower in fear. Thank god there wasn't any humans in this class or we would have been exposed! How could he have been so oblivious?

Both of them smelled different so they must be from Black Blood Pack. But that guy had a slightly different scent of cinnamon and chocolate. Mmm... Hold on, why am I acting like this over someone I just saw? I could tell they were mind linking as they only keep staring at each other.

I could feel Colin tense up and quickly took his hand off me, giving me a quick apology and sat at the other end of the classroom. A beta getting scared by another pack member but not by Josh? That's new.

Seeing that there was only one other seat beside that guy, I carefully inched my way to the seat. A look of guilt flashed through his eyes but was covered up to a normal look. I couldn't take my eyes off his face. He had the most perfect eyes and nose and such defined jawline. His hair was ruffled but it fit him very well. My eyes travelled down his shirt, which clinged onto his one,two,three.. EIGHT PACK. It felt so right running my fingers over those abs and wanting to kiss him senseless. A smirk appeared on his face as he said to me huskily, "I never knew the daughter of Alpha Daniel could eye rape someone so damm good."

Realising my actions I apologised right away, blushing as I looked down.

His warm hands titled my chin up. "No need to apologise my dear. Gosh you're so beautiful. No wonder you're the talk and goddess of the school, I couldn't wait to see how you looked like. You look a thousand times better from how they described you."

I felt my cheeks heat up and I gave my best smile. "I.. I don't know your name yet."

He chuckled, saying "I'm Isaac. The son of Alpha Jerome of Black Blood Pack."

SAY WHAT?! IF HE'S THE SON OF THE ALPHA, DOESN'T THAT MAKE HIM THE NEXT ALPHA OF BLACK BLOOD PACK?

As if he read my thoughts and my shocked expression, he laughed, confirming "Yes, I will be Alpha of the Black Blood Pack."
