The sound of the heart rate monitor was the only thing keeping Wyatt's mind at ease that his boyfriend was still alive.
Zed has been hospitalized for nearly two weeks and never woke up.
Wyatt sighs, wrapping his hand around Zed's hand.
"I hope you wake up, Zed. We miss you. I miss you." Wyatt squeezed his hand.
"Wyatt?"
The beta exhales, "Go away, Willa!"
"It's Zoey, actually."
Wyatt lifts his head and turns around to see Zoey holding a food tray.
"I'm sorry, Zoey; I didn't mean to snap at you. I thought you were Willa." Wyatt apologized.
Zoey smiled as if she's forgiven him already, "It's okay, I forgive you," She sits in the chair next to him, "You hungry?"
Wyatt shrugs, "I guess."
Zoey hands him a sandwich, and Wyatt takes it, biting into it.
"Zed hasn't woken up yet?" Zoey asks, frowning at her brother.
Wyatt shook his head, "No."
"My big brother is a fighter. He'll wake up soon." Zoey reassures him.
"I hope so," Wyatt whispers, 'Because our birthday is in two days.' He thought.

"Victor, why are we here?" Zaria asks, staring at the dark castle in front of them.
"To find something." Victor enters the castle.
Zaria's eyes scrunched up in confusion, "To find what? No one has ever been here in centuries. Not even vampires." She follows behind him.
When they entered the castle, Zaria noticed her brother was looking around.
"What are you looking for?" Zaria cocks her head.
"I'm looking for a crypt," Victor answers his sister's question.
Zaria was puzzled, "Aren't crypts where us vampires bury our dead?"
"Yes," He wanders off, "Here it is."
Zaria walks to where he is, "There is no door."
"Good for us. It'll make our search less time-consuming."
"What?" Her brother was seriously peculiar.
As the siblings walk down the stairs, Victor sees something.
He points out, "There it is."
"A coffin? What is it doing in the middle of the crypt?"
"I'll show you. Come on." Victor hurries down the stairs.
Zaria follows suit and calls out, "Wait for me."
Both siblings made it downstairs and slowly trekked to the coffin.
Victor uses both of his hands to push the lid off the coffin.
Zaria's eyes widened at the reveal in the coffin.
"Zed and the wolf-boy?!"
Victor nods at her shocked face, "Yes, but it's not them."
Zaria turns to him, "What do you mean?"
"It's Eleazar and Octavius."
"You mean the werewolf and the vampire from the legend? I thought that story wasn't real."
