The Bad Boy Who Can't Resist The Nerd

Feeling Sick

I woke up and instantly regreted it. I had a huge headache and felt like I was going to throw up,so I did. I ran into the bathroom and did my business. Livi came in and held my hair.
"Oh babe, are you okay?" She said. My response was vomiting again.
"I'm sorry. Let's get you on the couch." She said, when I was done. I plopped on the couch and put the blanket over my head. I feel horrible. I felt somebody kneel beside me and start rubbing circles on my back.
"Angel, are you okay?" I shook my head no. Alex picked me up.
"Where are you taking her?"
"To her house." He started to walk to the door. Livi had other plans.
"Why? Her parents aren't going to be there. She can stay here." Livi left the room.
"Where are you going?" Alex asked.
"To make my bed for her." Alex sighed. Alex unfolded the blanket from my head and went to kiss me. I jerked my head back.
"What are you doing?" I asked.
"Trying to kiss you." He said in a duh tone.
"I'm sick, you'll catch what I have." Alex laughed.
"You really think you being sick is gonna keep me away?" I pouted.
"It should." Alex leaned in and bit my lip. I gasped and pulled back.
"What are you doing?" Alex smiled and shook his head.He's so cute.
" Your adorable when you pout like that." He said. I kissed his cheek.
"Your so cute." I said. Alex leaned in. Then Livi walked in,she laughed.
"Oh no, don't stop on my account." She said, giggling. Alex sighed and took me to Livis room. He put me down and went to the other side if the bed. He put his arm around me and I put my arm around his belly. Then I went back to sleep.

"So, do you need anything?" Livi asked. I shook my head no. Livi paced around the room.
"Umm, Livi? Are you ok?" She stopped pacing and put her hands on her forehead.
"Uh, Yeah. I just um, I nee-. You know people are people and um they make mistakes." She stopped. I raised my eyebrows to keep her going.
"You know how Alex is in a gang?" She asked.
"Yes."
"Well um. He is going to do a drug deal."
"What! Where is he?' I asked,getting up. Livi stopped me.
"Wait, he told me not yo tell you."
"OK, I'll say I found out on my own." I got up and looked for Alex. He was in the kitchen. He turned around and saw me. At first he smiled, then he saw how mad I was.
"Angel, What are you doing up?" He asked, nervously. I pointed at him.
"Are you going to do a drug deal." He looked around the kitchen, anywhere, but me.
"Yes." He looked at me.
" When?"
"Tomorrow ."
"Where?"
"I'm not tell'n." I raised my eyebrows.
"Why not?"
"Because you'll try to stop me." I scoffed and walked away, well tried. Alex grabbed my arm and turned me around.
"It's not as bad as it seems." He said. I rolled my eyes.
"Oh yeah, no sure. A drug deal is not as bad as it seems."
"It isn't."
"OK, Alex."
"Hey, don't be sad. It will be alright." I put my head in his shirt.
"I just don't want you to get hurt." I said.
"I won't, promise." I wrapped my arms around his neck. He picked me up and set me back down on Livis bed. I fell back to sleep with Alex rubbing little circles on my back.
