I groaned and grabbed my phone.
"Hello?"
"Hey, girlfriend." I yawned.
"Hey, Livi."
"So, do you want to go to Starbucks with me?"
"Sure, I'll be ready in 10."
"OK, see ya." Then she hung up. I got up and got in the shower. After the shower I brushed my teeth and put on shorts and a T shirt. Then I blow dried my hair and put it in a ponytail. I grabbed my phone and headed out. Livi was outside my house, waiting for me.
"How did you get here so fast?"
"I was kind of already here." I chuckled.
"You can't stay away from me can you?"
"Totally, let's go." We started walking to Starbucks.
"So, you and Alex?" She said looking at me.
"Are no more." I said.
"Really? I'm sorry."
"It's fine, I moved on."
"Sure." I playfully slapped her.
"I did, I could go on a date with the first guy I see." We arrived at Starbucks.
"OK, the first guy you see when we walk in here." She opened the door and my eyes traveld to one of the register people. I smiled, because he was hot. I decided that I like this challenge. I pointed to him.
"Man, you we're supposed to get an old guy."
"Livi, that's just wrong!"
"I wouldn't make you go out with him." I giggled.
"I have a weird friend."
"But you love me. Now go over there and get your date." Livi said, pushing me.
"Hi, can I help you?" He's even hotter up close.
"Um, yeah can I have a chai soy latte please?" He smiled and said sure.
"And I was wondering if you could go on a date with me because I was challenged to go out with the first guy I saw." I said in one breath. The guy laughed.
"Sure, that's a dangerous game. I'm just glad you saw me first. My names Liam, by the way." I smiled.
"Nice to meet you Liam." He handed me my latte and winked. I smiled again and walked to where Livi was sitting.
"Where's mine?" I looked at the coffee in my hand.
"Oh,did you want one to?" Livi groaned and took my hand.
"Forget it, I don't want you to be a loser and go back up there after making your exit." I laughed.

"Hello?"
"Hey babe, listen I was wondering if you weren't busy, we could catch a movie or somethin."
"Last time I checked we aren't dating anymore."
"Yeah, that's why I'm trying to win you back." Livi took the phone from me.
"Listen you hot, sexy scumbag. She doesn't want to listen to your pitiful excuses, bye."
"Livi, you called him hot and sexy." I said, trying not to laugh.
"Oh like you didn't know." She said giving my phone back. I shook my head.
"I wonder what Paco would do if someone told him you said that."
"Sof don't tell him, please."
"Fine, your lucky I'm so nice."
"Ha, evil, thats what you are."

"So, what do you want to do now?" Livi and I were in my room on my bed. Livi was about to say something before we got interrupted by a lawn mower."
"Geez, how loud can a lawn mower be?" I got up to shut the window, until I found a hot,sexy scumbag with his shirt off and glistening in sweat. Oh dear god, I need to stay strong.
"What are you do- never mind." Livi said when she saw what I was looking at. I saw a flash behind me. I looked at Livi with her phone out.
"Livi, you have a boyfriend." I got a message on my phone. It was a picture of Alex, with his shirt off, mowing the lawn.
"It's for you." I got up,went downstairs and outside.
"Hey, some of us enjoy the peace and quiet!" I yelled over the lawn mower. Alex looked at me and turned it off.
"And some of us enjoy their lawn cut." He said, wiping some of his sweat off his forhead.
"Well can't you make it quieter?"
"Can't you close your window?" I crossed my arms over my chest. Alex smirked.
"Aha, I see."
"What?"
"You just want to talk to me."
"No, I'm over you."
"Really, that fast? I thought you didn't lie." He said, leaning against the lawn mower.
Don't look at his abs. Don't look. To late.
I checked him out head to toe.
"Take all the time you need, I don't mind."
"Since when did you become a jerk?"
"Since you didn't let me explain myself." Alex walked closer.
"You're the one who kissed another girl and said she was way more hotter than me."
"I said that after you broke us up." I backed up.
"You still said it." Alex raked his fingers though his hair.
"I was mad. You broke up with me. I was just letting off steam."
"Did I let off steam?" Alex came closer.
"You punched me." I frowned. Oh, yeah.
"I'm sorry." I mumbled. Alex came closer and wrapped his arms around my waist.
"Sorry what? I didn't hear you."
"I said I was sorry,don't ruin it."
"What are you sorry for?" Alex whispered in my ear.
"Punching you in the face."
"Is that all?"
"What else do you want me to apologize for?" Alex backed away. I kind of felt disappointed, I wanted him to keep touching me. Wait, no I didn't.
"Oh I don't know, for breaking up with me? Then we can get back to being boyfriend and girlfriend." I sighed, pretending to think it over.
"No."
"OK, how about this. You give me a chance to make you fall in love with me again."
"Who said I was in love with you in the first place?" Alex raised a brow like he new something. Then he sighed and rubbed my arms.
"Just give me a chance, angel."
"Fine."
