Since it is Saturday, I had to bring Lily in the diner
again and she was there the whole five hours that I'm working and right now, I just finished my shift there.

I am actually in a good mood today.

I was just smiling and cheerful. even at Cai, who I
always ignore but this day, I even greeted him which
is really shocking to me and to my fellow workers.

Well, the source of this happiness is none other than the date that I'm looking forward with Jungkook. Our date is tonight and I'm so excited. I can't help but feel butterflies inside my stomach as I think of the thought that I am going out with him.

My first real date for years. I didn't consider the
night Suga and I went on a dinner as a date because
it's nothing serious.

So, I decided to go buy something to wear for tonight.

I'm not looking for an outfit that will be too much for
me. I won't force myself to be sexy for him. I just
want to look me. So we could totally know each other.

So when the time comes, I'm ready to tell him the truth about me. When we are both ready to hear the truth because I'm sure this will be a bumpy ride for the both of us.

Lily and I went to the mall, of course to have fun
as well. She was so excited.

We were in the department store, checking out some
cool dresses or outfit for a date.

"Momma, who are you dating tonight?" Lily asked,
curiously.

I was actually explaining to her very clearly and
gently so she could understand that I am doing out
with someone tonight. She is a very smart girl so she
doesn't think that it's bad.

"He's a friend, Lily. We are just getting to know
each other." I explained to her.

"Is he nice?"

"Yes." I answered, searching through the racks.

"You love him?" She tilted her head on one side,
innocently.

Her question got me bursting into laughters that I
have to cover my mouth so the others won't look like
I'm crazy or something. "No, sweetheart. A date is
when two people starts to talk and know about each
other's favourites. But you are only allowed to date
when you are old enough."

"Okay." She mumbled. "So he will know that your
favourite colour is violet."

I laughed one more time. "Yes, honey." My daughter
is so cute when she is talking so innocently. Oh how
I wish she could be innocent always so she won't get
hurt and be in pain of the truth. especially now that
his Dad turns out to be an asshole. Way more asshole than before. Well, she doesn't know have to meet him if he is like that.

I ended up buying a red polka dress because I
feel like it shows more of my personality since it's
a little edgy and sexy but not slutty. Lily thinks it's
pretty in me so I chose that one. She has an amazing
taste when it comes to clothes. I won't be surprised if Lily choose to become a fashion designer because
she loves to dress up beautifully. And it shows
sometimes when she is playing with her Barbie dolls
how she mixed some clothing and their shoes.

When Lily and I were still shopping, I also went
on to get her a new shirt. I felt uneasy when I
bought myself a new dress while I haven't bought my
daughter as well.

Now we are both carrying a shopping bag. "Momma, I want some chocolates." She pointed out the little store called Jennie's candies.

"Chocolates? Too much is bad for you, my love and
you just had one this morning." I told her.
