I inhaled deeply while I stood in front of Midnight Phantom. This is my first night to work here so I have to work really hard. I walked in using the front door, I showed the green card to the bouncers again and then I was able to enter.
When I entered, there are a few people inside. Probably because it's still early. I'm sure in an hour this will be filled.
A woman, based on the looks she must be around the age of forty? She is dressed a in proper and neat attire and she was standing in the corner, watching how the staffs arranged and clean the place.
"excuse me, are you Trisha Smith?" I approached her as she turn her head towards me. "I'm Lisa, and Mr. Jeon told me to look for you last night."
"Yes, he told me we have a new waitress." She gazed at me from head to toe, she had a strong Russian accent though. Her red lips curved into a smile once she was done checking my out. "Come with me."
Trisha started walking as I followed behind her. She leads me to the staff room where there are lockers, closets, makeup area and dressing areas. This must be the backstage for the performers as well. There are girls who are putting some makeup, some girls are already wearing their pole dancer costume while the others are just chatting.
"Girls, this is the new waitress. Her name is Lisa, and she was given by the boss himself." When Trisha mentioned the last part, some of the girls gasped in shock. "She will be working here staring tonight. And the boss told me that you should all treat her kindly, teach her everything she needed."
"That's kinda unfair. She was given by the boss." I heard one of them murmured.
"A special treatment?" The other one also whispered. Wait, what do they mean by that?
Some girls smiled at me and I smiled back. Trisha told me to come with her again so I guess she had some explaining to do. She leads me her mini office and told me to sit down.
"You have to sign this paper, its just an employment form and then the contract Mr. Jeon is very strict to all of his employees so you have to sign this as a sign of your loyalty in this job." She gave me the papers and handed me a pen.
I examined the papers and raised my head to ask "Why? Did somebody betrayed his trust and this club?"
"Yes, many times before. Some people tries to sell some information about this club to the media, left the club without permissions and mostly, girls falling in love and breaking some rules. "
"Rules?" I raises my eyebrow curiously.
"It's in the contract." She pointed out.
I quickly turned my eyes to the papers that I'm holding and flew to the contract to read the rules.
"All of us follow a strict rules here. And we never try to break a single rule."
