Saturday morning, I brought Lily with me in the diner. I was taking a medicine when Jeng saw me at the kitchen of the restaurant. They have been worried about me since the day that I've been complaining about the headaches. So they won't worry anymore, I told them that I will go see a doctor.
"You don't have to be such a barbaric woman, Lisa. You have to take care of yourself too." Bam told me, while he helps me wipe the tables.
I chuckled. "I will go see a doctor after this, Bam. Don't worry."
"I won't worry this much if you are helping yourself but you are not." He sassed, rolling his eyes. "And look at little Lily, she is going to worry too."
I turned to see my daughter sitting on one vacant table, reading her favorite book while drinking a Strawberry Shortcake Milkshake and eating a doughnut
"She's a strong little girl. She doesn't need to worry about me too much." I whispered to myself then walked towards Lily just to check up on her. "Hi, baby." I leaned forward to kiss the top of her head.
"Are you fine here?"
"Yes, Momma!" She smiled widely. "The doughnuts are amazing too. Can we take same and bring them home?"
"Sure, I will buy some." I told her and pinched her nose before leaving her table and head to take some orders of the customers.
Come to think of it, I may have told Jungkook that I am working in a diner at morning, he still doing know that I work here. Well, maybe when our relationship deepens then I might take him here but that will just gather some attention so I'm fine with nothing.
While I was working, I had a call from Jisoo. She just told me that she will come over to my place tonight like a weekend night out. This happened every month, sometimes in my house and sometimes at hers.
When we are doing a night out like that, she usually don't bring her husband, Justin. Just her and Sooji so she and Lily could play then Jisoo and I will have a girl chat in the living room or at the kitchen.
Then we will have a few drinks.
She also knows about me and Jungkook. Actually he called me this morning. I thought he was asking me to go out with him but he just informed me that he is out of town to visit a friend who was hospitalized.
He assured me that he is going only with friends. No woman allowed in their trip because it's their gang's trip. But of course, I trusted him. I wanted to talk to him more but I have to get ready to work so we ended the call early.
Jungkook mentioned that he might be back after weekend because he will stay at the hospital just to watch over his friend. I even laughed when he took a picture of himself and his male friends and they were really in a hospital.
"Is that Jimin?" I asked when I saw the man lying on the hospital bed.
"Yep. The man just got into an accident Wait, how did you know him?" The tone of his voice had got serious.
