The next day, the stinging pain in my head is still
there. I have no plans to see the doctors so I just
went to get some paracetamol at a nearby drug store.

Lily had been bugging me to take a break but of
course I can't do that.

So I went to the diner with a not-so-good mood.

"Yesterday, you were beautiful but right now, you look hideous." Bam told me.

"Shut up, Bam." I hissed, massaging the sides of my
forehead, the customers were not too many so it was less job for me. I was just sitting on one of vacant tables and my head buried at my bended arms.

"Are you sick or something?" Jeng asked.

I shook my head. "No, I'm fine."

"Trying to be fine, that's the word." Bam scoffed,
going to back to his counter. "Why don't you just take
the day off, Lisa. You need to rest.“

"I'm fine, seriously. And besides, I can't leave
especially now that Cai is not here." I told them,
breathing in deeply. Another customers came and I
used that as a signal that I should work hard today.

I won't let a simple headache leave like this will make
me stop from working. I am better than this.

I approached the new customers and asked for their orders.

I didn't let myself be dragged down by this headache. I am stronger than this.

The hours passed too fast before I could even
realize it. I've been continuing drinking my medicine
and eating more than I usually do. Maybe I just
need some strength or vitamins. That's why I took a
Caesar Salad for lunch, I might need some veggies to
keep me going and a bottle of energy drink.

Later that night, I arrived at the club and in my
surprise, everyone in the staff room is gathered up
and looks like they are talking about something new.

Gossiping, that's the word.

"What happened?" I asked, yawning as I placed
my bag down on the bench and removed my coat
because it's cold outside.

"Have you seen the new manager?" Minnie asked.

I shook my head and rubbed my upper arm. "No,
I haven't yet. Is something wrong? Eunbi is her
name?"

"Yes, Eunbi Park." Minnie murmured. "It's
Eunbi fucking Park !" She is squealing.

I blinked multiple times and tried to get with the
current of the conversation. "Eunbi who?"

"You seriously do not know?" She questioned,
surprisingly. "She's the famous actress and model in
Canada!"

"Oh." I mumbled. "Sorry, don't know her."

"She is so beautiful, Lisa! And I can't believe that she
is back to be the manager of this club!" She was even jumping.

But then my head is still stinging. "Aw!" I crinkled in
pain and touched my head.

"Hey, are you alright?"

I nodded. “Yeah! I'm fine. Don't mind me." I went on
to seat and arranged myself in front of the vanity
mirror.

I really am not in the mood right now so I beg that no one gets on my nerves tonight or I might just blow up.

I have a performance on stage in a few minutes so
I am trying to make myself comfortable a little more.

I still have a feeling that I might throw up in a split
second.

"Hey."

I turned around to hear Suga's voice. He was standing there by the stairs of the stage and looked at me.
