Albedo woke up engulfed in the same lilac scent and warmth as the morning before. He subconsciously moved further into the warmth, sleep threatening to take him under once more.

(A/N sorry for like,, disappearing guys I got really busy)

That is, until he felt fingers gently raking through his hair, making him jump, accidentally slamming the top of his head against Kaeya's chin.

Albedo quickly sat up, turning to face the King in a panic, ready to apologize.

"I am so, so-" he stopped in his tracks when he noticed his husband's gaze was most certainly not on his face, but was lingering on his still bare torso that donned small purple and red marks from the night before.

Kaeya chuckled, his voice low from sleep, "no need to apologize if I can wake up to this sight."

Albedo's face flushed and he laid back down, bringing the blanket up to just below his eyes. He gave Kaeya what he hoped was a glare.

Kaeya grabbed the top of the blanket, slowly pulling it down just enough to see Albedo's entire face. He then leaned over, softly kissing him.

"Since when were you allowed to do that?" Albedo joked, smiling softly.

"I simply assumed, seeing as you were very adamant about kissing me last night," Kaeya winked playfully, which earned him a pillow to the face.

Albedo simply rolled his eyes in response before reaching up to grab Kaeya by the back of the neck and bring him down for another kiss.

Before Kaeya could sneak his hands to Albedo's waist, there was a knock at the door, startling the two. Albedo almost fell to the floor, barely caught by Kaeya, who fell backwards. Neither were covered by the blanket anymore. Kaeya pulled Albedo back up onto the bed and the two stared at the door in horror for a minute.

"One minute, please!" Kaeya yelled to whoever was at the door.

The two Kings rush to get dressed, throwing on whichever clothes they saw first. They then jumped onto the couch in the room, Kaeya sitting on the side closer to the door with Albedo sitting right beside him.

"You may enter." Kaeya said, watching the door.

Dainsleif and Sucrose entered, taking in the scenery. There were still clothes discarded on the floor by the bed, and the two Kings sitting on the couch were obviously rushed to get dressed. Kaeya was dressed in tight black pants and a shirt that was way too small and was probably Albedo's; while Albedo was wearing gray sleeping shorts (that he swore he'd never wear again) that barely hid the marks on his thighs from the previous night, and a shirt that was way too fancy to go with the shorts.

Sucrose let out a squeak while Dainsleif just sighed.

Sucrose began speaking first, "I-if it's a bad time we-we can always just-"

She was interrupted by Dainsleif, "We need you two in the war room after breakfast, it involves alchemical matters. I expect you to not be wearing after sex clothes when you get there."

With that, the two left, Sucrose horrified that she had just seen the Kings spoken to in such a manner.

Once the door clicked behind them, Kaeya started uncontrollably laughing, while Albedo stared at the ground; he was mortified.
