"Are you sure about this? You know you could die from this... right?"
He took a deep breath and let his head hang low as he thought about the doctor's words.
"Yes, I know... but I'll do anything for him, even if it means I'll die"

Jungwon continuously stole glances at the door as he was waiting. Not in a weird way, the younger was just worried. He felt a hand pat his back and he looked up to see Heeseung smiling down at him.
"He'll be okay, don't worry your pretty little head too much alright?"
Heeseung ruffled up Jungwon's hair, in hopes of lightening the situation but it was clear that Jungwon was going to be gloomy until Sunghoon woke up. They were sitting outside the room, a female doctor had just gone in to check on Sunghoon. Heeseung pushed himself off the chair and turned back to look at Jungwon.
"Jungwon-ah, I'm going to buy you some food. What do you want?"
The younger boy shook his head, retreating to hide his face in his hoodie sleeves.
"Not hungry..."
His voice was muffled by his sleeve but somehow Heeseung still heard it. He sighed and sat down again, looking at Jungwon with pity. The door opened and the sound got the younger male's attention and he raised his head. The female doctor they saw earlier didn't have a happy expression, she hugged her clipboard and glanced in between the two.
"Are you both relatives of the patient in this room?"
Jungwon shook his head.
"He and I are cousins, we're both his friends-"
A lump caught in Jungwon's throat but he quickly cleared it out.
"We're friends"
The doctor nodded and looked directly at Jungwon.
"May I speak with you alone?"
"Uhm..."
Jungwon looked to Heeseung for help but the older simply shrugged.
"I said I'm going to get food for you, you didn't eat much today. I'll get you some pasta alright?"
Jungwon reluctantly agreed and with that Heeseung departed. That left Jungwon with the doctor and he was scared of what she would say.
"I can see you're scared but I needed to talk to you specifically. You can call me Doctor Choi, I specialise in non-medicinal cured diseases."
