Sunghoon and Jungwon were hanging out again. Although this time they were in Jungwon's apartment, his mother had offered to cook dinner for Sunghoon and who was he to say no to free food? The two boys were just lounging around in Jungwon's room. The younger lay on his stomach, resting on his mattress while browsing through his phone. Meanwhile, Sunghoon was staring blankly at the wall.
"Hyung, you haven't said anything to me since you got here."
Sunghoon turned his attention to Jungwon as he saw the younger staring at him.
"Sorry, just have a lot on my mind"
"From meeting Sunoo again?"
The older simply nodded and Jungwon acknowledged it with a hum. Sunghoon took a deep breath and leaned back against the chair he was sitting in. Jungwon stared at Sunghoon with large eyes, as if he could ask all the questions in his head simply by gazing at the older.
"I don't know... he kept complimenting me and I couldn't stop blushing. My heart was beating so fast and-and-"
Sunghoon slurred his words, mushing them together as he tried to convey his confusing emotions. Jungwon pushed himself up, mentally debating if he should stop his friend from rambling on and on without letting the younger comprehend. He decided to just open his mouth and stop Sunghoon before he said something he may come to regret.
"Hyung, calm down-"
Jungwon broke into a coughing fit and it alarmed Sunghoon. The older rushed to Jungwon's side and soothingly rubbed his back as the younger tried his best to stop coughing. Once he stopped, he looked at Sunghoon to see his friend's eyes glazed with worry.
"Won, are you okay?"
Jungwon cleared his throat and waved his hand in the air in an attempt to dismiss Sunghoon's worry.
"I'm fine hyung, don't worry"
Sunghoon raised his eyebrow but even if his concern remained, he didn't ask Jungwon about it anymore. The older let out a heavy sigh and laid down, his head crashing against the mattress.
"Sunghoonie hyung, do you think you have feelings for Sunoo?"
Jungwon's sudden question made Sunghoon jerk up. He rubbed his cheek with his palm and shook his head in denial.
