After gathering themselves from the attack, some members changing out of their dresses and into sweats, the Avengers were gathered around the lab while Banner looked through their work of the past few days. But Tony? He just gazed at a deformed Legion suit on a table, "All our work is gone. Ultron cleared out, used the internet as an escape hatch," Banner told Tony.

"Ultron," Steve muttered.

"He's been in everything," Natasha said, looking over the computers as Allie stood nearby, watching, "Files, surveillance. Probably knows more about us than we know about each other."

At that, Emma furrowed her brows up, arms crossed in worry as she leaned against a chair nearby. That thought was scary to her, that Ultron had every single file they had. Every...single...file. What if there was one about her?

"He's in your files, he's in the internet," Rhodey said as he crossed the room, over to Maria, "What if he decides to access something a little more exciting?"

"Nuclear codes," Maria said.

"Nuclear codes," Rhodey muttered, "Look, we need to make some calls, assuming we still can."

"Nukes? He said he wanted us dead," Natasha said.

"He didn't say dead. He said extinct," Steve stern said.

Emma slightly tilted her head, "Isn't that the same thing?" She asked, but no one answered her.

"He also said he killed somebody," Clint added, standing on an upper area of the lab.

"But there wasn't anyone else in the building," Maria said right before Tony walked away from the table he was at, towards the middle of the lab.

"Yes there was," he said and Emma looked at him confused.

Until he brought up the now-destroyed 3D image of JARVIS' consciousness. Emma straightened up, filling that chill down her spine again as everyone else tensed, "Is that Jarvis?" She asked, but she already knew the answer, "He killed Jarvis?"

Banner slowly walked up to the area, looking down at the orange consciousness, "What?" He asked, "This is insane."

"Jarvis was the first line of defense," Steve said, his head lowered, almost like everyone had just lost a friend. Especially the Starks, "He would've shut Ultron down, it makes sense."

"No, Ultron could've assimilated Jarvis," Banner said, "This isn't strategy, this is...rage."

Suddenly, the Asgardians barged into the room, in their suits. Lidianna and Thor trailed after Thor, who stormed right up Tony, grabbing him by the throat, and lifting him up.

Emma slightly gasped, stepping forward as everyone else tensed up as well, "Father!" Triston snapped.

"Woah, woah, woah!"

"It's going around..."

"Uncle, put him down..." Lidianna said, almost dully.

"Come on," Tony strained as Thor continued to walk forward, trying to intimidate the Stark, "Use your words, buddy."

"I have more than enough words to describe you, Stark," Thor bitterly said.

"Thor!" Steve yelled as he stepped towards them, "The Legionnaire."

Thor threw Tony back to his feet, who quickly caught himself before Thor said, "Trail went cold about a hundred miles out but it's headed north, and it has the scepter."

"Now we have to retrieve it...again," Lidianna sternly said.

"The genie's out of that bottle," Natasha said before looking towards JARVIS's consciousness again, "Clear and present is Ultron."
