You drove slowly to Demetri's house trying to regain your composure. You had been crying all day. You found out some bad news today. You and your dad haven't gotten along since you caught him cheating on your mom when you were 9. Your mom left after you told her. He blames everything on you even though he's the one who cheated. He treats your terribly. The court today declared that your father gets full custody of you until your 18. You haven't stopped crying since you heard the news.
You slowly pulled into Demetri's drive way. You sighed and got out knowing there was no point sitting there you weren't regain your composure. You grabbed your over night bag from your back seat hoping that you could spend the night. You just needed to get away from your father at this moment in time.
You walked up to the front door and knocked on it. His mother opened the door and looked at your and frowned then embraced you into a big hug.
M- He got full custody didn't he...
You nodded and burst into tears. You and her are super close you tell her everything.
M- Oh honey...
You pulled away from the hug.
Y/N- Can I spend the night tonight...I just don't wanna be home...
She nodded yes and said of course your always welcome.
M- Demi is upstairs...
You nodded and walked up stairs to his room and knocked on it.
D- One sec!
About 2 mins later he opened the door and he gave you a confused look.
D- Y/N what are you doing here?
You just walked into his room and threw your bag on the floor and broke down on his bed.
D- Y/N...what's wrong? Want to talk about?
You shook your head no.
Y/N- No...
He frowned.
D- Do you need anything? What do you want me to do?
You looked him in the eyes and said.
Y/N- Just hold me please...
He nodded and climbed onto the bed and sat down. His back against the head board then his legs laid flat out. You climbed on top of him and sat on top of his legs and you nuzzled your face into his neck while he wrapped his arms around your waist.
*Skip 30 mins*
You ended telling Demi what happened and how you are spending the night. He felt so bad for you. He loves you with all his heart and it pains him to see you so so so sad.
You had fallen asleep in his lap. He was gently rubbing your back while watching Star Wars on the TV when there was a soft knock on the door. He gently yelled come in without waking you up.
His mom walked in with a bag of Chick-Fil-A.
M- I got you guys food...
Demi said thank you then she left. He decided he should probably wake you up so you can eat before your food gets cold.
*Skip 1 hr*
You combed through your wet hair after just getting out of the shower. You opened your bag to see that you didn't pack pjs. Your cursed to yourself.
Y/N- Baby!
D- Yeah!
Y/N- Can I borrow some clothes I forgot pjs...
About 5 mins later you heard a soft knock on the bathroom door. You opened it and you saw Demi there holding the clothes with his eyes shut. You smiled and blushed at his goofiness.
Y/N- I'm not naked...
He opened his eyes and smiled and gave you the clothes then he kissed your lips softly and shut the door behind him.
*Skip 2 hrs*
You exited the bathroom and climbed into bed with Demi. He pulled you into his chest and you snuggled into it. He kissed your forehead.
Y/N- I love you..
He smiled against your head which made you smile.
D- That will never get old. I love you too...
You smiled and then you both fell asleep.
