Tighnari perspective :

Once class ended I told Nilou about our hang out with Cyno and Candace.

" Making friends already, Nari? "

She says with a smile.

" You're one to talk, Those guys have been stalking you throughout the entire lesson- "

I was concerned since I found those guys absolute creeps.

" The attention around us is very uncomfortable.. "

She states, I felt an uneasy feeling all around us. Until Cyno showed up the air around us felt at ease. I was still bothered by his appearance-

Candace walked behind Cyno, Exiting the room.

" Ah, Tighnari, Nilou. Come, Let's get lunch "

She smiles and walks ahead along with Nilou making me and Cyno walk behind them.

" Tighnari, Wanna hear another joke? "

Cyno asks me.

" I'm quite alright with these amount of jokes I've been told today- "

I tell him.

" Why do people take an extra pair of socks with them when they go golfing? "

He asks, Telling a joke anyways.

" I just said- "

I sigh in defeat just, going along with it.

" Why? "

I ask him.

" In case they get a hole in one "

I stare at him in disappointment. The joke was absolutely horrible.

" No? Not funny? "

I shook my head.

" Not at all- "

Cyno's perspective :

' Strange... Everyone always laughs, Why doesn't he? Are they not good enough? '

" I'll make you laugh someday, Watcher of Avidya forest "

I promise myself.

" Whatever you say. "

He states in a sassy attitude.

Tighnari's perspective : (that didn't take long)

We got our lunch and got invited to Cyno and Candace's personal table. Nilou seemed entirely uncomfortable so I wanted to suggest another spot to eat.

" If you guys don't mind, But- Could we eat outside? "

Cyno and Candace stared at me in confusion to see why I'd want to eat outside but they agreed as we grabbed our lunch and exited the cafeteria to eat outside.

We sat under a shady tree and Nilou seemed more at ease.

" Thanks Nari "

I nod in response as Cyno and Candace caught on.

" I'm sorry, Did you feel uncomfortable? "

Candace asks.

" It's no big deal, It's just kinda weird to be so popular on my first day. "

Nilou states, Not wanting to worry anyone.

" Nilou, Wanna hear a joke? "

Cyno asks

" Oh god- "

I lower my ears, THIS IS THE FOURTH JOKE TODAY.

" What do you call a fish with no eyes? "

He asks.

" What? "

Nilou was actually curious.

" A fsh "

Nilou took a while to process until realising the pick up line.

" Ohhh! "

She says before giggling.

" Do you get it? "

Cyno seemed somewhat glad that his jokes weren't a failure.

" Yeah, I get it. That was a good one "

I was stunned at what Nilou said.

" HOW WAS THAT A GOOD JOKE-?? "

Candace laughed slightly.

" It's probably because Cyno doesn't seem like the type to say bad jokes. I'm surprised you didn't laugh yet "

She says.

" To be frank, I haven't laughed at any of his jokes- "

I say scratching the back of my neck gently. Now I felt rude-

" Consider you the first "

Candace says smiling.

" Tighnari, Did you hear about the Italian-chef who died? "

I was confused

" No? "

I said as Cyno smirks.

" He pasta-way "

I instantly realised what he did.

" You have 3 seconds "

" w- what-? "

" 3, 2- "

Before I could reach to 1 Cyno ran off.

" 1. "

I grab a unique ball out of my bag and run after Cyno.

" GET OVER HERE YOU BIG LUMMOX "

I chased after Cyno, Kicking the ball at him a lot of times as Candace and Nilou laughed and watched.

" I'M SORRY, I'M SORRY, I'M SORRRYYYY "

He repeatedly apologised while I was chasing him before stopping after a bit, Sitting back down to cool my mind off.

Cyno was exhausted, Sitting next to me as the two females continued to laugh.

" Not funny "

He states.

" It was pretty funny to me "

Cyno glared at me but it didn't frighten me as I started to laugh myself
