*CLANG*
Dahyun's body flinched hard, her heart pumped aggressively out of her chest. She stood there waiting for the pain to kick in but it never did.
"Dahyun!"
She opened her eyes to see blood dripping down Jeongyeon's forearm. She had her spear up against the demon's horns, pushing it's head upwards towards the ceiling.
"Get out of here!"
Dahyun stumbled back into ChaeTzu.
"C'mon, we gotta g-"
"Wow, the whole gangs here"
A figure emerged from the darkness, clapping their hands arrogantly.
Jeongyeon's eyes widened with disbelief before filling up with anger.
"Did you really think a mere weapon would stop me?"
"Tch! What are you three still standing there for?! MOVE!"
The School Meal Club disappeared up the stairs leaving Jeongyeon alone with the two demons.
"I see you've managed to regrow your horn", Jeongyeon smirked. "How about I cut both of them off this time using your own horn?"
Jeongyeon spun her spear, twisting the demon's body around before putting it in a chokehold. She pulled her spear back against it's neck while forcing her knee into it's back, strangling the demon viciously.
Her arm became numb from her previous bite wound from Sana, limiting her strength to hold on.
The demon took the chance to break free, extending it's horn towards Jeongyeon.
"Shit!"
The horn came within a hair's breadth of killing her but she managed to deflect it. Without delay, she ducked down and pounced towards the demon, gliding her spear along the bottom of the horns as it attempted to slice down through her.
She rolled to the side and slashed right through the demons leg, causing it to fall to it's knee. Taking advantage of this opportunity, she cut off both of it's horns. The demon gripped onto it's open wounds, squirming in pain while Jeongyeon pushed her sharp-edged weapon against it's ashy grey neck.
Jeongyeon stared down at the loathsome creature. She bit down hard on her lip enough to draw blood.
"DIE!!"
Just before she could finish off the demon, Jeongyeon felt a heavy force on her body before she was sent flying against the large door.
"GAH!"
"You've done well. It seems you've somehow grown stronger since the last time. But such strength will not get you very far"
"You bitch! Stay out of this! I'll kill you once I'm done!"
"Kill me? Oh, but you've already tried. Twice! And you've achieved nothing!"
Annie signaled the demon to head upstairs.
"HEY!"
Jeongyeon chased after it but the stairs suddenly collapsed on her.
"I'm not done with you. Let's continue from where we left off"
"Shit! Why did we go upstairs!?", Chaeyoung screamed.
"We had no choice!", Tzuyu ran down the hallway but stopped in her tracks after seeing the large hole in the ground from before.
"Fuck! We can't go this way!"
