"Is this the orphanage?", Sana questioned while peaking out of the window.

"Apparently it is, but something feels off about this place", said Jihyo while comparing the orphanage with the image she found online.

The members hopped out of the van with their personal belongings and took a closer look at the tall, run-down building.

"This orphanage looks abandoned

"This orphanage looks abandoned. You sure we're at the right place?", Jeongyeon asked.

Not even Jihyo seemed to know. They all turned around to ask their manager who was sitting behind the wheel.

"Are we at the right place, Manager-nim?", the girls asked.

"Yes, just head inside and meet the children. I'll be back tommorow morning", the manager said suspiciously.

"Wait, you're not coming with us?", Nayeon asked with a confused look on her face.

"No, I have to return to JYPE. You'll be alright, i'm sure the CHILDREN will be happy to see you", the manager smirked as he said that. He hit the pedal and drove off with 'CRY FOR ME' playing at maximum volume.

"What is up with him? He just became our new manager and he just leaves us here! Does anyone at JYPE even know where we are?", Jeongyeon frustratingly asked as she picked up her bags.

"He told us that this was organised by PD-nim, but I have not heard about this from anyone else.", Jihyo explained.

"Well, who cares! Let's just go in and meet the children!", said Sana cheerfully.

The girls picked up their bags and headed towards the orphanage. The sun was setting behind the building and the wind picked up in speed.

"Damn, it's getting cold!", said Momo as she grabbed onto Dahyun.

"This is why I told you to bring a jacket! We're going to an orphanage, not a concert. You shouldn't be wearing crop tops.", Dahyun scolded.

The girls arrived at the front of the orphanage where they were greeted with a large dusty welcome mat that said 'Welcome to the house of The Little Delights".

"They're called 'The Little Delights'. That's so cute!", Nayeon joyfully exclaimed while hopping on the spot.

The door was large and worn down. There was no doorbell and no one to greet them. Tzuyu and Chaeyoung went around to the side to peak through the windows while Jeongyeon, Momo and Jihyo tried knocking on the door.

"It's so dark inside. Maybe they're asleep?", said Chaeyoung.

JeongMoJi began pushing the large door in attempt to open it. The door creeked as it slowly opened up, revealing nothing but darkness. The building was abandoned and no sign of the children around. The members tiptoed in as they still suspected that the children were sleeping. They took out their phones and turned on their torches. Before they could say anything, the door slammed shut.

The girls all let out a scream, with some members falling to the ground.

"What was that?!", Momo yelled.

"It must've been the wind or something.", said Jihyo while also doubting it.

"The door was so heavy, how can the wind close it like that?", Jeongyeon replied.

JeongJiMo attempted to open the door back up but it wouldn't budge.

"Are we stuck in here?", Mina softly spoke as she held onto Dahyun.

"There's no reception in this building. I can't call anyone!", Dahyun yelled to the girls.

The members began to panic as they frantically tried to pull the door open. Even with the strength of nine girls, the door wouldn't move.

"What are we going to do?!", Momo was panicking as she crouched down on the floor.

"Everybody just stay calm!", Jihyo tried to calm the girls down.

A flicker of light appeared from the ceiling as the building began to slowly light up.

"Ah, so that was the light", said Tzuyu with her hand on a switch.

"Nice going, Tzuyu!", the members praised.

The light was dim, but enough for the girls to finally see their surroundings.

"Momo, what are you sitting on?", said Chaeyoung as she peaked under her.

Momo picked it up, flicking off bits of dust and dirt. It was a diary with the name Lucy on it.

"It must be one of the children's diary", Momo opened it up.

"Don't look into it! It must be a private diary", Sana scolded Momo.

Momo screamed and threw the diary down, backing away as she did so.

"What's wrong!?", Nayeon shrieked.

Jeongyeon picked up the diary and flicked away a small roach. She looked at Momo with disbelief, shaking her head and everything.

She began reading.

"Dear Diary,

My name is Lucy and I live in an orphanage called The Little Delights. I love it here, but i can't seem to make any friends. All the other kids look at me like i'm different, even the teachers, but that's alright! I like it when i'm alone, though I still feel lonely.",  Jeongyeon read.

She flipped the page and kept reading.

"Dear Diary,

I finally made a friend! Her name is Annie! She's very quiet but she seems like a great person! We haven't talked much, but I think we have a lot in common. She doesn't have any friends, though she did mention that someone was always speaking to her. I don't know what that means but I'm so happy I met her, I no longer feel lonely!".

"Aww, that's great that she found a friend!", said Sana happily.

Jeongyeon continued.

"Dear Diary,

Today I couldn't find Annie. She wasn't in her bed or in her usual spot in the dining room. I searched for her everywhere, I even asked the teachers but they didn't seem to care. Did she already leave to live with another family?".

"That's so sad", said Nayeon while pouting.

"Dear Diary,

I found Annie today, but she seemed a bit out of it. She didn't even look at me when I spoke to her. Her face was pale and she had bruises on her arms and legs. I tried asking her what happened but she kept her head down the whole time, whispering something to herself. One of the teachers came and took her away. I asked them where they were taking her but they didn't answer me."

"Was Annie being abused by the teachers?", Chaeyoung worriedly asked.

Jeongyeon continued to scan through the next few pages. They were all blank or ripped out. She continued to flip through the pages until she finally stopped. The fear in her eyes made the members hearts skip a beat.
