Rosalyn's POV

I felt exhausted, it was horrible. I forgot how bad School was. I mean my school was easier but it was still exhausting.

Smiling as the class began to file out, I called Jeremy to my desk. "Jeremy, you're doing so well," I congratulate him handing him back his work. "You got the points right and I think you're better at analysing."

Jeremy took his work and smiled. "Thanks Miss Harrow," he stated before stopping when he turned to the door, his bag on his back. "Alaric? Damon?" Turning, I also saw Alaric and Damon, the man my sister was madly in love with, even if she refused to admit it, standing in the doorway.

"Mr. Saltzman, what do I owe the pleasure?" Packing my stuff away as I spoke, I made sure that I had everything.

"Cut the Crap Blondie," Damon stated, walking further in. Confusion crossed my features mixing in with some annoyance.

"And who might you be?"

"Damon, Damon Salvatore. Now why are you here?" Even Jeremy looked confused and I put my bag over my shoulder and began to make my way for the door.

"To start a new life now if you please I have to help my roomie out." I barely made it to the door before I was suddenly pinned against the wall off my feet, Damon's arm around my throat.

I struggled, using human strength as I gasped for breath. Even Vampires needed to breathe. I tried to pull at his arm, unable to do anything while playing this human. God they were so weak.

"Listen Blondie. You will tell me everything you know... and why you are here." Damon made me look in his eyes and I stopped myself struggling as he released my neck a little. He wasn't compelling me. This was a scare tactic. Intimidate the victim to get them to tell you.

As soon as he lowered me a little, I spoke. "W.. what.. d.. do you.. w... want to know?" I asked, instilling fear in my voice.

"I want to know why you're in Mystic Falls, I want to know who you are." Damon growled at me and I made my heart beat faster, another trick I had so rightfully learned over the years.

I made my breathing heavier before nodding my head, allowing him to let me go slowly. "M.. my name.. i... is Rosie Harrow," Stuttering, I grabbed the closest heavy object and hit Damon around the head with it, startling him before he could react.

I bolted, running down the hall quickly. My head was already pounding, from the fact I had drunk way too much wine last night, and of course its Monday today so...

Why do I let Izzi talk me into this?

I was grabbed again and tried to scream out before he covered my mouth and bit down on my neck. Struggling, I kept up the act despite knowing it will hurt more. "Damon stop!" I heard Alaric yell and I realised I needed to remember what Izzi told me about my healing ability.

"You can stop your healing ability if you just focus."

She'd taught me, and so I focused on my metabolism, keeping it slow and crappy.

I needed to focus, I could feel my body go limp as more and more blood was drained from my system before someone threw Vervain on Damon causing him to let go of me where I dropped to the floor like a sack of potatoes.

Closing my eyes, my breathing was heavy and my heartbeat erratic, as I made myself this way, forcing my healing ability to stop.

Someone touched my neck for a pulse and then spoke. "Dammit Damon, we wanted answers, not for you to attack someone!"

Damon Salvatore, ooh when you find out who I am, I'm so gunna beat your ass.

I felt arms go under me before I was lifted up. "We can't take her to Elena's, Jenna is there." Jeremy stated, Alaric let off a sigh and I 'stirred' opening my eyes slowly. "And I can't drive past her room mates store, she's in bed sick."
