Rosalyn's POV
I had gotten up the next day feeling refreshed. Thankful for the fact that I had finally gotten a good night's sleep. After all the worry, and stress and other things.
Jeremy had been ordered to keep me 'distracted' though we both knew, Izzi had only said that to keep the others believing I was human... Not that I minded anymore. Being Human was only bad when you had to do it and then get tortured while you're playing human.
Then.. Then it sucked.
So me and Jer were now at the Grill, sharing a Coffee together as we discussed different things, from how he had found out about Vampires and Werewolves, to me telling stories of the life I used to live.
"So... you're... in your 1000's?" He was astounded and I laughed, shaking my head at his surprise as I had answered yet another question that had been bubbling away inside his pretty little head. "Yes I am, it's been a long time since I've spoken about my past, even with Izzi."
I took another sip of my coffee, studying the near empty Grill considering it's Midday and most people are at work.
"So Rosie, what was it like back then?" I laughed and smiled. "Amazing, I loved it so much. With Izzi looking after me and the Mikaelson's, we grew up together," I started, keeping the smile on my face.
"I was more friends with Elijah and Niklaus than I was with Kol, Finn, Rebekah or even Henrik."
He smiled, just listening in as I described my home. "Everyone hated the Father of the Mikaelson's, he was the most Horrible man alive. He cared more for honour than anything else." I described the man I hated, the venom I had towards him showing in my voice.
"Me and Niklaus, we were inseparable, we did everything together to the point we were excited whenever his mother and father went out on their trips." I gestured as though pointing through a door.
Jeremy laughed and shook his head, "I can't imagine someone as sweet as you hanging out with someone as.. as evil as him." I sighed and looked sad. "He didn't use to be Jer," I shared with him, my voice showing how sad I was. "He was a kind hearted person, made out to be evil when his father helped turn them. He became evil, when I 'died.'"
Jeremy looked shocked, not many people knew of this. "When Mikael, his father, had found out Esther, Klaus' mother had been unfaithful, he killed the pack. Since, Klaus was born of a werewolf father," Jer opened his mouth to speak but I cut him off.
"Yes, Klaus is a Werewolf, but was made into a Vampire, and the curse, the sun and the moon one?" he nodded to show me he knew it, "That's fake, something he made up years and years ago, wherever he went, so he could find the ingredients to help break the curse, to break the curse that stopped him from utilising his Werewolf side with his Vampire one."
I rubbed my neck, trying not to involve myself in this aspect as I explained it, no one knew of my heritage either, except Izzi, that I had been born of a Wolf bloodline, as well as a Witch bloodline. Just like Tattia had been. The wolf side having cancelled out my Witch side.
I intended to keep it that way.
"I asked to become immortal," I rested my head on my arm, swirling the last of my coffee around in the cup. "I asked to become immortal so I could help the Witches stop Klaus from breaking the curse, that would in return break the balance of nature."
"So, You wanted to become Immortal, in order to hunt down your best friend and stop him from breaking the curse?" I nodded my head, smiling a little, glad he was understanding it.
"There was so many things we had planned to stop him, the worst case scenario, we gave the doppelganger a choice; die a human, or become a Vampire and have their family face the wrath of Klaus if he should get angry." I took the last gulp of my coffee before closing my eyes, rubbing them with my hand.
