Celine got out of the hall party after being there for an hour.
She didn't talk with anyone and only hid herself on the balcony, which no one used.
Even though she was standing there alone, she didn't feel lonely as she watched the star in the sky that looked so beautiful around the silver moon.
They shone in their own way and had their own way of attracting people's attention.
She stayed there until she got bored staring at the sky.
She slowly got out of the hall without catching anyone's eye and called the grab.
She cannot go home yet since it's still too early for her to be home.
The party would be over at 3 or 4 a.m., and she should be home around that time so that her stepmother would believe that she really stayed there to attract a man toward her.
She patiently waited for the grab driver under the tree that was firmly standing in front of the hall.
She didn't have to wait long when the grab arrived three minutes later, and shockingly, the driver is a woman with some weird scarf that covers her neck and hair.
It's very uncommon for a woman to be the grab driver.
She often met a male driver.
But she didn't mind it.
She feels more safe with women.
"Where are you going, miss?" She asked carefully.
"I don't know... Where do you think I should go? I can't go home at this hour." Celine said that she also didn't know where she should go.
"I probably can't answer that question, miss. My job is to send you anywhere you want."
"I'm sorry, but I really have no idea right now. But I don't want to stay here anymore. I hope you can understand that."
"Yes, I understand that, but..."
"Please... Just take me anywhere as long as it's not here anymore."
She started to drive the car even though Celine didn't give her a specific answer.
"Do you have problems, miss?"
She stared at Celine using the rearview mirror, and Celine didn't look really good in her eyes, so she thinks it's better to ask whether she's okay or not.
It's not like something bad will happen to her if she asks.
Who knows that this person might need some help? Right?
"No, I don't."
"It looks like you're lying."
"Well... Even if I did, what can you even do about it?" Celine asked.
She closed her eyes as she felt tired from being at the party before.
She didn't do anything tiring, but the clothes themselves made her feel tired, as she felt it was hard to breathe with these clothes.
"I will do my best to help you." She replied calmly.
"That's so kind of you."
"You look uncomfortable. Are you really okay, miss?" She asked again after they being quiet for a while.
Her voice sounds like she is genuinely worried about Celine.
Did anyone ever ask her with that soft voice?
Did anyone ever care about her like this stranger did for her?
No.
Absolutely no one ever cared about her.
