ESFJs: ESFJs are social and value spending quality time with friends and family. Like INFPs, typically speaking their goals tend to be less extreme when it comes to fitness, so a simple yet efficient routine would be better-suited, and bonus points if the workouts can be done with a workout buddy or a fitness class for the social aspect of it.
Disclaimer: These are my opinions exclusively and should not be taken too constructively
ENFJs: ENFJs are spiritual and motivated, but I won't automatically associate them only with yoga, since I know some rough ENFJs when it comes to working out. Since ENFJs are overwhelmed in a different way than the ExTJs (or Te doms), any higher intensity workout that allows them to get out negative emotions and channel them will work (even though all types could benefit from it). Kickboxing, regular boxing, martial arts, or stereotypical gym workouts are all great starting points if where to begin is unclear.
ESTJs: Controversially, I would recommend more relaxed and slower-paced workouts that make your body feel good in addition to looking good or wanting to improve on some physical skill set. All workouts can be de-stressors, but for these types in particular I would recommend yoga, Pilates, stretching, and/or working out with a yoga ball, bands, or lighter weights/dumbbells and etc. In general, just slower and lighter, but still effective and efficient where you get in a good workout.
ISTP: Despite the ISTPs being depicted as cool-headed, I would think these types would be drawn to more competitive and hands-on sports such as boxing, wrestling, grappling, archery, sparring, martial arts, or a close contact sport such as football. No reason in particular; I just think they would enjoy it 🤷🏻♀️
INTP: Plain and simple would be the best for these types, from personal experience and observations. Simple yet effective movements. 3 or 4 workout moves in repetition rather than cross-training or working a bunch of different muscle groups. They are open to trying new things as long as it is intriguing to them, and bonus points if they can work the mind and body at the same time.
ESFP: Unconventional physical activity and switching it up, since they are types who like to be adventurous such as hiking, rock-climbing, roller-skating, jogging in nice weather, dance, etc.
Anything that's thrilling and fun and can get a good workout in at the same time is absolute gold to these types
ENFP: Something random and unexpected, which also summarizes their personality. Spontaneous and unexpected workouts rather than the sane conventional ones and a set routine are probably best-suited to these types to prevent boredom. Aside from ENTJ and ESTP, they would also be likely to try to break fitness or sports records and try wild fitness challenges, but unlike ENTJ and ESTP, rather than doing it for competition, they would do it just for fun, to see what would happen. Trying something new each time would keep them on their toes.
