ISTJ: The exact opposite of ENFP, ISTJs value security and conventionality in a reliable and effective routine. ISTJs do value efficiency, but, unlike ENTJ and INTJ, it isn't as essential; they are willing to go through the hard work if they are certain the results are worth it. Any workout will do as long as it is conventionally practical, and the motivator for workout would be health or some sports goal if they were aiming to compete professionally.
ISFJ: They are very similar to the ISTJ, but working out with a buddy or a fitness/yoga class will appeal to their second dominant extroverted feeling function in the function stack. Although they are capable of working out alone, it may not be preferable to them.
INFJ: Similar to ENFJ, although they are very spiritual people, I still refuse to pair them with yoga. Most INFJs I've know have been in some form of martial arts, even though I wouldn't put it as the only workout option, it's definitely been the most common so far. Anything in nature too would be good.
