It had been a few days since Tobias and Tia had done what couldn't be forgotten. Afterwards they both agreed it would be for the best that what they did remained private. They were at school and Tia was sitting in class daydreaming. In the past couple of days, not much had been said to one another and although they were not avoiding each other, it felt that way. Every now and then Tobias would make the odd joke but Tia tried her best to not get stuck in conversation with him. It felt awkward. Even when the group would be hanging out at recess or lunch, the duo would sit at opposite ends or speak to different people. Hannah pulled Tia aside at one point to ask if there was something going on or if they pair had an argument but Tia denied.

Tia felt bad that she had a neglectful attitude towards Tobias and decided to shoot him a text message during class.

Tia: hey

Tobias: Hi

Tia: hru

Tobias: Not bad, yourself?

Tia wanted to reconnect with Tobias, despite finding him annoying from time to time, in the past couple weeks, they had became a lot closer... in more ways than one.

Tia: yea im good, i was wondering if you wanted to come to my house after school?

Tobias: Guess there's a first time for everything! I'll meet you at the front gates after school.

Tia wasn't sure why she invited Tobias over, and she was even more unsure as to why he accepted her request. But despite that, the day went on and Tia waited for Tobias once school was over.

"Hey." Tia said as she saw Tobias walk over to her.
"Hello." Tobias responded with a friendly nod, "are we walking?"
"Yep! Let's go" Tia replied.

As the pair walked it wasn't as awkward as Tia had anticipated, it was nice. Eventually the duo arrived at Tia's house and they walked inside. Once they arrived Tobias made himself at home and laid down on Tia's bed.
"Good to know you feel welcomed here already." Tia sarcastically spoke.
Tobias cheekily nodded his head and Tia sat herself at the end of her bed.
"Y'know, this bed is big enough for two people." Tobias said suggestively.
"Dude it's really not." Tia sighed
"Hm I don't think so."
"I don't know about you Tobias, but if I had to describe this in one word I would use.." Tia paused for a moment before finishing her sentence, "Whale behaviour."
Tobias shot Tia a perplexed look but chose to ignore her off putting comment.

"Come here. But leave your 'whale behaviour' at the other end of the bed." Tobias insisted. Tia smiled and came and laid down next to Tobias. They laid side by side but Tia angled herself slightly to project her body to be facing Tobias. Tobias gave her a discreet grin as he looked into her eyes.

Tia felt a cocky attitude come across her and she placed her arm onto Tobias' waist. Tobias reciprocated, and placed his arm around her hip and onto her lower back and pulled her in a little closer. Butterflies exploded in Tia's stomach as her and Tobias softly looked into each other's eyes.

They continue to lay with each other; holding each other and looking into each other's eyes. They both had a soft gaze and Tobias had an almost unnoticeable grin. After the duo had been doing this for awhile, the door suddenly opened.

They were greeted with a very shocked Hannah. They got up as fast as they could to prevent Hannah from seeing what had happened, but the look on her face told the duo they were too slow at getting up. She definitely saw them in each other's embrace.

After awkward tension filled the room, Tobias said the first thing he thought of to try and remove it.
"It's not what it looks like!"

Hannah looked at him dumbfounded, "I'm pretty sure it's exactly what it looks like!" she paused for a minute before continuing, "Why would you keep this from me, Tia?"

Tia got defensive. She understood Hannah's sense of betrayal but rather than sympathy; she felt filled with frustration.

"Why would you keep the fact you ran into my father from me?!" Tia retorted.

Hannah's facial expression dropped and even Tobias was taken aback by Tia's reply. Hannah's sight shot instantly over to Tobias who sat there trying his best to stay out of this. Hannah shook her head, "I trusted you, Tobias!" She cried and stormed out of the room.

Tia and Tobias looked at each other, confused on how to tackle the situation.
"Are you going after her? Or am I?" Tobias sighed, already knowing what Tia was going to say.
But she did not need to say anything, without another word Tia got up and ran out of the room to try and catch up to Hannah.

By the time Tia had gotten up and began the chase, Hannah was out of sight.

"Hannah?!" Tia shouted in the streets but to no success. She cut her loss and went back inside to tell Tobias.
