alright so in order to manifest my sp, i began by doing some research. this is my first time manifesting an sp so i wasn't really sure how to go about it since im only used to manifesting events or materialistic things.

i started with youtube, and began with Neyah. this girl is a life saver i swear. i watched her video on the state akin to sleep as well as 2 other videos on manifesting an sp. i also watched sammy ingrams videos on that same subject, and i came to the conclusion that i wanted to manifest my sp by visualizing during the state akin to sleep and by affirming during the day.

fyi : the state akin to sleep, also known as ''sats'' is the state where your brain is relaxed and your thoughts aren't running around your head at 100 miles an hour. you can induce this state during the day by meditating or you can easily get into it before bed. lmk if y'all want a chapter on how i get into SATS.

anyways.

so i get into SATS and do the whisper method, then i continue looping a short scene in my head that implies my desire is fulfilled. in my case, i chose a scene where i was talking to my friends and one of them says ''____ and ____ are literally the cutest couple ever, they're perfect for each other !!". basically a scene where they congratulate me for my relationship. and i just repeat that scene in my head until i fall asleep, and when im in a drowsy state as i wake up i loop it 2 or 3 times. then during the day i let go. i dont do it purposefully, im just so busy with school that i kinda forget, but in the rare case where i do think about my desire, i always affirm that it is fulfilled, that i have it no matter what. basically i blind my eyes and deafen my ears to the 3d. i also recommend being delusional (in your head ofc), it reinforces the idea of not letting the 3d influence your thoughts.
