hey lovely people!! welcome back! in this chapter, I'll be sharing a new technique I am going to start using to manifest my desires. as you can tell by the title, it's scripting!!

so for context, basically I started journaling a few weeks ago, and I remembered that there was a manifesting method that involved writing stuff down. I did some digging and I have found a method that works for me.

to explain how this method works, I'll give an example then at the end I'll do a recap.

so in my case, I started by asking myself: "What do I want?"

right now, I want a new friend.

then, on a piece of paper all the attributes I want my new friend to have. this list can be as long as you want it to, you make the rules. for example, you could say I want my friend to be thoughtful, compassionate, funny, etc.

then, I started writing a letter. You start it off by saying "Dear God/Universe/Subconscious" or what/whoever it is you believe is granting your desire. You start off your letter with gratitude. Then, express how thankful you are that you now have your desire. Go into detail about what you did with this desire, how it changed your life, and especially, how it made you feel. I really insist on this because it's important to feel the emotions you would feel if you actually had your desire.

so with my example, I said (this is a rough example, i went into a lot more detail):
Dear God,
thank you for blessing me with such a nice day. I have been extremely productive and felt very happy. I feel wonderful because I finally found a new friend that has the same interests as me. we spoke together for so long and I realized how much in common we had. as I spoke to her, I felt so happy and relieved that I found someone I could hang out with and speak to about stuff I find interesting. She is so thoughtful and sweet, I'm genuinely so glad and happy that I finally found someone like her. thank you for answering my prayers and granting me such a good friend, i am extremely grateful.

lots of love and gratitude, me .

as i wrote the letter, I did my best to genuinely feel the emotions I was describing and put myself in a state of mind of fulfillment. when I finished, i put my journal away, affirmed that it was done and let go. I just forgot about it.

then I continued to live my life, but from the state fulfilled.

so to recap:

1. what is your desire?

2. if it is a person, name their attributes (ex: funny, thoughtful, sweet, etc.)

3. write a letter. start by expressing your gratitude, then express how thankful you are that you now have your desire. Go into detail about what you did with this desire, how it changed your life, how it made you feel.

4. as you write, genuinely feel the happiness or satisfaction you would feel if you actually had the desire.

5. affirm that you have your desire, then let go. put the letter somewhere you won't see it, or throw it away. some people like to burn it.

6. live in the end. live as if your wish if fulfilled.

I hope this is helpful!!! I haven't really had time to experiment with this, so I will be updating you guys in the days to come. until then, see ya !!
