As much as Chae Aera wanted to believe she had fully gotten over Min Yuhan, her heart told her otherwise. So, she still couldn't help feeling a bit sad when she saw him with another girl in the library.

Yang Jungwon sighed and sat down beside the girl again. "You're scary when you're in a bad mood." The boy remarked as he leaned forward, looking at the girl's face.

"Scary?" The girl looked at the boy, her face a mix of trying not to laugh and being offended. "If my face is scary, then yours must be terrifying." She teased as she crossed her arms and raised an eyebrow. "Do you know how scared I was when I first met you?"

"Do you know how scared I was?" The boy laughed as he mirrored her with his arms crossed. "Imagine how confused you would be if some random student ran into the room you were in and started bawling her eyes out."

"Hey!" she said as she elbowed the boy beside her. "I was having a bad day, ok?"

"And I was having a bad day just now, but I'm not bothering you, am I?" He teased as he raised an eyebrow at the girl who was still pouting with her arms crossed. "Hey, I'm tired. Sit still for a second," the boy said as he adjusted his position on the bench, laying his head on the girl's lap.

She froze, not knowing how to react as the boy kicked one leg up, making himself comfortable. "This is nice." The boy muttered as he shut his eyes once more. Suddenly, he felt a jolt on the back of his head as the girl kicked up one of her knees.

"What am I, your personal pillow?" she chuckled seeing the boy rubbing the back of his head.

Aera hopped up from the bench and slung her bag over her shoulder, quickly turning towards the door. "See you after school?" she giggled as she took off down the stairs with the boy chasing right behind her, laughing.

She's faster than she looks. The boy thought to himself as he chased the girl out of the stair case and into the school's garden. He ran through a wine-covered arch way only to realize the girl was nowhere in sight.

The male was breathing quickly from having run so far as he turned around, scanning the area for signs of her. Just as he pulled out his phone to text the girl that he had given up, Aera jumped out from behind an archway and grabbed the boy's shoulders, startling him.

The male turned to face her as they both burst out laughing. Just then the bell rang.

"Should we go together?" Aera suggested to the boy with a smile, as she pointed behind her with her thumb.

Chae Aera walked along side her friend, Yoona, as the two made their way to the entrance of the school. They walked outside to find a gloomy, gray sky floating above them. Yoona turned to her friend. "It looks like it's going to rain. Do you need a ride home? My sister can take us." she offered, knowing Aera usually walked to her house from school.

"Ah, It's okay. I should have an umbrella in my locker."

Yoona nodded as a white car pulled up in front of the two girls, with her older sister siting in the driver's seat.

Chae Aera watched as her friend's car drove down the road and out of view. Just as the girl turned to head back inside, she felt a droplet of water fall on her head. Then another, and another, until a light drizzle had started.

She quickly made it under cover, just as the rain got heavier, splashing her legs even from a few feet away. Then, she remembered she was supposed to meet Jungwon in the library to study together after school.

She turned and made her way to the library where the cat-eyed boy was already waiting. The girl set down her things and the two got to work.
