Sports Festival Part 1
1st Person
"Is everyone good and ready?! The event is about to begin!!" Iida yelled
Everyone was talked about the festival, I was standing next to the table with Kaminari, Sato, and Bakugou.
Me, Kaminari, and Sato were mostly talking, with Bakugou butting in whenever he felt necessary.
"Midoriya" Todoroki's voice caught my attention, "Objectivity speaking, I'm stronger than you. More capable."
I almost snorted but I kept quiet.
"All Might's got his eye on you, doesn't he. Now I'm not about to pry into why that is, but... I will beat you" He finished.
"Ooh!! A declaration of war from the strongest in the class?!" Kaminari hummed.
If he's the strongest then I really should get an award for kicking his ass.
"Hey, man, why pick a fight now?!" Kirishima grabbed Todoroki's shoulder, "We're about to go on..."
Todoroki brushed Kirishima off, "I really don't care. I'm not pretending to be anyone's friend, here"
"Todoroki. I'm not sure why you felt the need to tell me you'll beat me. You're clearly stronger, and I can't measure up to most of the others here in skill... objectively speaking, even" Midoriya was then cut off.
"Don't be so negative, Midoryia. No need..." then it was Kirishima who was cut off.
"Everyone... even the kids from the other courses are aiming for the top. And i'm... well, lemme say this. I'm not gonna fall behind, i'm going for it too. With everything i've got!" Midoriya finished.
"...right" Todoroki nodded.
And with those motivating words we were called outside to begin the Sports Festival.

"It's U.A's Sports Festival!! The one time each year when our fledgling heroes compete in a ruthless grand battle!!" Mics Voice sounded all over the stadium.
Mic began to announce my class, "First up...you know who i'm talking about!! The miraculous rising stars who brushed off a villain attack with their steely willpower!! The first years... of the hero course!!"
We walked out of the tunnel and into the light as Mic yelled, "It's class A!!"
I looked around into the stands and holy shit this place is packed.
"They're really giving us too much credit... but we won't let it shake us, right L/N, Bakugou...?" Kiri timidly asked.
Bakugou's face had a menacing look to it, "Nope. Just gets me pumped up"
Mic announced the other classes, unfortunately he announced them unenthusiastically.
Once everyone was piled in Ms.Midnight walked onto the stage, "Now for the Athletes oath!!"
Others around me talked about how the R-Rated hero might've been an questionable choice to host the games.
"Shut it" she yelled to get our attention, "Pipe down!! Your students representative is...from class 1-A Katsuki Bakugou!!"
