I walked into the class to see Mina, Kami, Kiri, and Sato all crying in the back of the class.

I ignored them even though I felt bad, but with the interaction I had with my dad earlier. I just wasn't in the mood.

Then to snap me out of my trance, Aizawa slams open the door, "Once the bell rings you should all be in your seats. Good Morning"

He walked to his podium, "Unfortunately, there are a few of you who did not pass your final exams. So when it comes to the training camp in the woods, everyone is going!"

"We get to go to the camp?!" Kiri screamed

Mina squealed, "Seriously?!"

"Yeah, the good news is that no one bombed the written exam. Five failed the practical, badly. Two teams of course, and then Sero failed as well." Aizawa further explained, "Allow me to explain, for the practical battles, the teachers made sure to leave a way for the students to win. Otherwise, you never would have stood a chance. We were interested in observing how you each worked together and approached the task at hand."

"But didn't you promise that the teachers wouldn't be holding back?" Ojiro asked

Aizawa shook his head, "That was just to get you on edge. Besides, the training camp will focus on building your strength. Those who failed need those lessons the most, we were never going to separate you. That was just a logical deception we used"

Once again he's using these tricks on little kids... that sounds wrong.

"Mr. Aizawa, this is the second time you've lied to use, aren't you afraid we'll lose faith in you?" Iida screamed to our teacher.

Uraraka laughed, "uh, a little blunt there, Tenya"

"That's a good point. I'll consider it, but i wasn't lying to you about everything. Failure is Failure, we've created extra lessons for the five of you. Frankly, they'll be far tougher than what you'd face at summer school" Aizawa smirked at the five's disappointment.

Eraser kept on talking about the camp but I zoned out thinking about my dad. Even when he says he's proud of me, does he even mean it? This is the most noble profession, and wouldn't it be the most impressive to him?

Now that i'm thinking about it, I haven't even seen him since Christmas. Catching up was nice, and all the presents were too, but I wish he'd just stay. If he did I could see the look on his face and be able to tell if he's actually proud.

Eventually I got so caught in my head I didn't even notice Shota leave the room until the itinerary get passed around by Yaomomo.

"Are you alright L/N?" she asked as she placed down my booklet thingy

I just nodded and gave a half heart smile which she didn't believe.

"If you need to talk, I'm always here for you" she smiles lightly to me

For Yaomomo to think I need to talk with her must mean I'm looking too emo right now, "Thank you, but honestly I am fine"

She just nodded and finished passing out the itinerary.

"That definitely does not mean you're fine" Bakugou said behind me
