Meanwhile, Bowser sends the last transmission in MechaGodzilla City, revealing to Peach and the committee what actually happened.

(Transmission)

Grodus: All monsters, including Godzilla, are called monsters for a reason. And that reason, is because they cannot be defeated by normal beings. To defeat what has surpassed human intellect is outside the capacity for human achievement. From the moment you decided you'll defeat Godzilla, you were aspiring to become something that is no longer human. 

Mario: Y-YOU'RE WRONG!

Grodus: If you want to win, steel your resolve. You'll surpass humanity and Godzilla, AND BECOME SOMETHING GREATER!!

Mario: (Screams)

Grodus: STOP! YOU'RE RUINI-

(End of transmission)

Bowser: After that, Godzilla destroyed MechaGodzilla and the city. Crump also died in the aftermath, while also leaving a soldier at the brink of her life.

Dolu-Do suddenly slams his fist to the table, completely enraged.

Dolu-Do: What betrayal is this?! And we were so close! Captain Mario should be executed! Because of his foolish plan, we lost our only chance to kill Godzilla!

Bowser: Mario's plan?! Fusing with Nanometal was not his plan, it was Grodus' plan!!

Toad: And what would happen after Godzilla was destroyed?

Bowser and Dolu-Do look at Toad, who finally took a stand for Bowser and Mario.

Toad: That city's structure is built on Nanometal. So tell me, how would that affect the environment of the earth?

Bowser: Yeah, Bleck even said it would've consumed the earth. How would that affect the environment?!

Dolu-Do: A new prosperous era would have its chance to arise, and the Bilusaludo would help lead the future with their intellect. And that future is now gone, because of the choices of one man!

Bowser: Really?! Or was it your plan to invade earth with Nanometal with MechaGodzilla?! Grodus did not give a damn that the Nanometal would consume earth, and you guys have a big motive to conquer earth. Why? Because you're home was consumed by a black hole!

Toad: And I could say the same to you! Are you so certain this path is correct? You think our future is turning into a monster fused with a machine?! And if that's not the endgame you planned, WHAT IS?!

Dolu-Do: WHAT ARE YOU-?! ARE YOU AGREEING WITH CAPTAIN MARIO?!

Toad: Yes! Princess, as the head of MechaGodzilla City, Sir Grodus' actions were an act of rebellion! Therefore it's assuming that Mario was trying to stop it!

Bowser: He was! Peach, back us up, here! PLEASE!

Dolu-Do: ENOUGH OF YOUR NONSENSE, KOOPA! YOU TOO, TOAD! JUST WHO THE HELL HAS BEEN AIDING YOU, AND ALLOWED YOU TO LIVE THIS LONG?!

Toad: We do not own our futures just because you provided us with your aid! So it allows you the right to give us life or death, and force unwilling soldiers to fuse with Nanometal?! SUCH A THING IS INEXCUSABLE!!

Dolu-Do: In order to defeat Godzilla, Grodus said it was necessary! Don't you understand basic technical decisions?!

Bowser: Well, what I understand, is that your species are insane and want to invade Earth!!

Dolu-Do: Leave out of this Bowser! Don't forget you two were fighting against the same enemy!

Bowser: WELL, NOT ANYMORE!!

Bowser shuts off communications, enraged that Peach wouldn't stick up. However, he gets a message from her.

"Bowser.....I believe you."

Bowser becomes confused, and touched at the same time, but he decides to go check on Mario.
