At the college~

Taehyung and Jungkook decided to talk about last night at the college but without anyone else's presence, so Taehyung told him to reach college 30 minutes earlier than the others.

That was how Jungkook ended up sitting on one of the benches waiting for Taehyung to arrive. He checked the time for the fifth time now, not that Taehyung is late, but he's being too nervous.

'What is Taehyung going to tell him? Is he gonna hate him? That can't be! He's Jungkook's best friend, though its all been months Tae would never hate him, right?' He thought.

Just as Jungkook was thinking all these, his phone rang. It was from Taehyung. Jungkook answered it right away.

"Hello? Tae?"

"Jungkook, where are you?"

"I'm at the bench area. Where are you, I'll come get you."

"No need for that. I'll get there myself."

"Oh, ok-"

The call got cut off abruptly. Jungkook sighed. He knew it better that it was a dumb idea to confess.

What was he expecting!?

Like Taehyung would reciprocate his feelings as if it's some romantic movie or something?

Jungkook got up when he saw Taehyung arriving, searching for Jungkook. The moment his eyes landed on Jungkook's, his face frowned with annoyance, and it would be a lie to say, his expression didn't hurt Jungkook.

Taehyung walked upto him and dragged him to the stairways. It was an open area but no one could see anything clearly because of the tree branches.

Taehyung let go of Jungkook's arm. He starts, without turning around, "Jungkook, I- ha... it's not about our thing. I'll talk about it later. But, did Hobi call you that day?"

Jungkook frowned, not knowing how Hobi came in the discussion. "Hobi? When- oh! Yeah, he called that day. Why do you ask?"

"You told him about Felix?"

"Yes. What about it?"

Taehyung finally faced him, glaring. "Why did you say that!? I haven't told him about Felix or any of them, so I lied to him, before I knew you already told him the truth. Now he thinks I'm cheating!!" He spat.

"Tae-"

"Yo, Jungkook! Taehyung! What are you two doing there?" Jungkook got cut off when Seulgi yelled, stopping them both. Sehun and Kai following behind.

Jungkook composed himself, but Taehyung still frowned. Mad that they got interrupted.

"Hey~ are you guys fighting? Sehun, take the cameras. Gotta record it then!!" Kai joked as they climbed the stairs. Jungkook smiled, not to let them get the wrong idea. "You guys are early today?" He said.

"Yep! For the assignment submission. Didn't I tell you yesterday?" Seulgi said taking out her bond papers. Kai continued, "Miss Kim allowed us to submit them in the morning."

"Took a lot of pleading but she finally gave us some time." Sehun said, sighing.

"Oh t-then.... Let's get to work then!" Jungkook said awkwardly, eying Taehyung who just chose to glare at him before walking away.

"Let's sit inside one of the classes. Jeon, you'll help me, right?"

"Yeah, sure."

This day turned out to be just another bad one. I got rejected by Tae. Like fuck!

That's never happened to me, I'm one who rejects others not the other way around! This was the reason why I told Namjoon and Jin I'd never confess to Taehyung.
