People all around,
speaking to others,
variety of sound.
Effortless talk,
different topics,
nobody with lock.
Only me,
behind my door,
here I'm free.
Locked it shut,
forbidden to others,
silence somewhat.
Multiple knocks,
trying to get to me,
wanting to start talks.
Mouth staying closed,
staying still,
ignorance exposed.
Lost my key,
to unlock myself,
I'll just be me.
The door stays shut,
no words from my mouth,
my time's cut.
Leave your door wide,
let people in,
you don't need to hide.
From people all around,
from their voices,
and their variety of sound.
