(A/n: when I'm finished the story, I'm coming back through to edit it all. So can you just point the mini grammar mistakes that I don't notice whilst editing before publishing please? Thanks guys!)

The next day came, and it was period two, just before lunch. I was helping to set up three tables for the baked goods the church ladies made. They brought them in and set them up. They were all "so proud of me". I doubted I was going to make it, but it was worth a shot. Right?

Soon enough the front foyer was packed. Cup cakes and cookies being served to everyone and soon we were counting cash. "Six forty nine, six hundred and fifty dollars." Haley said piling the cash.

"I still need another fifty." I brought my knees to my chest a little upset. At least we made this much money, right? Just then our bitchy principal, ms Tevis came in the hall.

"I'd like to buy the rest of the bake sale goods." She smiled. Smiled. Since when does the wicked witch become Glenda? Haley stood up, dusting off her long legs. She grabbed the dozen cookies and six cup cakes.

"This is all we have left, ms Tevis." She said placing the cookies neatly in a Tupperware container with the cup cakes.

"That's fine." She said and handed us a fifty fricking bloody dollar bill.

"Uhm, you have change-"

"Keep it." She gave us a weak smile and walked back to whatever hell she came from. The reason I didn't like this woman was because she didn't really respect anyone, and she was truly the Umbridge of the school. Maybe this will change my point of view on her?

"Uhm, Emily. You have the money you needed." Danette said placing the fifty in the pile. Just then, Lilian came running down the hallway with Alex and Jon Ross (JR) beside her.

"Is there any left!?" She shouted whilst running making kids look at her strangely.

"Tevis just bought them all." As I said this, they all went to a screeching halt. Lilian frowned.

"Aw man!" JR pouted. I shrugged. I had all the money for two tickets. One to Vancouver and the other to home.

"Let's go and make the announcement." I said standing up. They all agreed and we walked into mr Ramps office which he left open for us.

I clicked the ON button and began to speak. "Hey Crusaders! It's Emily speaking here with Jon Ross, Alex, Lilian, Haley, and Danette."

Danette spoke up. "We raised the total amount needed to send our dearest Emily Walker to Vancouver for the final auditions for Ariana Winchester!"

Alex spoke up. "You guys ate all the cup cakes by the way. If anyone wants to share-"

"Alex!" I swatted him upside the head and he shrugged with a goofy smile on his face. I returned to the microphone. "Anyways, thank you NCC for supporting me. I'll do my best this Friday for all you guys."

"Bye guys!" Lilian shouted. I turned the mic off.

"Guys..." I muttered.

They all looked at me confused. "Yeah?"

"IM GOING TO VANCOUVER!" I shouted. As I jumped up and did a happy dance, mr R walked in.

"Congrats Emily. Now get out of my office." We all exited the small office and started walking down the the caff.

It was Wednesday. I had got my plane tickets online yesterday night. It was my last day here before going out west until Saturday. I walked into the school and a few kids tried talking with me who usually ignored me, but I kept on walking, not acknowledging them.
