Chp 9.

Kate POV.

I made my way to one of the beach chairs, while Cameron sat next to Grayson, and Ethan sat next to Grayson. I sat at the edge once again.

I see the surfer ruffling his curly black hair, he gives me a toothy smile and waves at me, I wave back with a blush.

Cameron- Is he waving! Omg I told you!

Grayson- Told her what? That she's ugly?

Cameron- Shut the fuck up Grayson.

My happiness lowers, but immediately goes back up when I see the surfer walking towards me. My eyes widen and so does Cameron's, and correct me if I'm wrong but so did Grayson and Ethan's.

He was the hottest boy I've ever seen in my life, well of course I've seen others, but their douches.

Next thing I know he's standing in front of me, holding his surfboard. His black curly hair damp from the beach, his perfectly toned abbs showing, with his perfect biceps, which just made him look just like a model. He was maybe 6'2" pretty fucken tall, he was way taller than me.

Cuteboy- Hey. I'm Steve, Steve Kells.

Ethan- Steve what are you doing here!

Steve- Ey bro! What's up! What are you guys doing here in Fiji.

Oh great, they're friends. Hope you notice my sarcasam.

Grayson- Early vacation.

Steve- Same. Anyways, what's your name.

Ethan- That's Kate you don't want to talk to her.

Steve playfully pushes Ethan

Steve- Shut up and be a gentleman!

Ethan smirks, and rolls his eyes and takes seat back on the beach chair.

Grayson- Seriously she's a loser back home.

I wanted to cry, but then Cameron steps up for me.

Cameron- Hey Grayson do you want me to pull out your guy's middle school pictures?

Ethan&Grayson- NO!

We all chuckle,

Steve- Hey why don't we go out for dinner Kate, unless your doing something.

Ethan- Actually we're having a family dinner kind of thing.

Kate- Actually I'll ask Mrs.Dolan if I can pass this dinner, and we can go eat.

Steve- Cool then call me.

He says as we exchange numbers.

Boy- Come on Steve we gotta go!

Steve- Coming! Laters baby.

He says with a wink as he walks away with his other friends, and I stand there in awe.

Cameron- Oh my Gosh! He's so into you!

Kate- Is not!

Grayson- I agree. He is so not.

I roll my eyes.

Cameron- Hey why don't we go for a swim?

Kate- I-I don't know.

I say not really feeling really confident about my body.

Cameron- Please?!

Kate- Alright! Alright!

I get up and Cameron does the same.

Grayson- Ew but can you two go away so I won't get a view of both of you? Especially Kate.

I suck it in, and take of my plain t-shirt with both arms crossed, I looked from the corner of my eye, and I couldn't believe it. Both of the twins were checking me out?

I slowly take off my shorts just making sure if they were actually checking me out, and I was right they are!

I run with Cameron jumping into the water, we both begin to splash water, I was having such a good time.

Grayson POV.

I couldn't believe my eyes... Kate, her body was gorgeous, I couldn't help but stare with Ethan. I never really noticed her in that type of way, she's always been the loser. But this time, it was different.

It was like she was asking me to stare at her, I just couldn't stop staring, I needed to get her off my mind.

Grayson- We should go for a swim!

Ethan- Okay?

We both make our way to the water where Cameron and Kate are.

Kate POV.

From a distance I see Ethan and Grayson coming towards us, I tried to swim a bit farther but each time they just got closer and they ended being right next to us.

We were in the middle of the water which means we were pretty deep, and I was scared they might try to drown me or something.

Grayson- Let's play a game? Chicken fight?

We all agreed and I was on Cameron's shoulders, while Ethan was on Grayson's we began to push each other and surprisingly I pushed Ethan off. We were all in shock but shook it off.

Cameron- Let's go play Volley ball?

We all agreed and swam back to the sand.

I shook my hair trying to get some of the water out. I couldn't help but notice how Grayson was me checking out, I slightly bend down trying to get some of the sand out of my hair, and I caught Grayson lick his bottom lip. I quickly fix my posture and make my way to the net.

We decided that Ethan and Cameron would be a team, and Grayson and me would be a team, what a coincidence.

We began to throw the ball over the net. I threw the ball really far over the net and Cameron and Ethan went racing over to it.

Grayson- You hit like a girl. Laughs,

Kate- I am a girl, what's your excuse?

Grayson- eyes widen, KATE!

Grayson quickly grabs me by the hips, pulling me to his chest.

A Jeep almost ran over me.

His eyes look into mine, and he just staring at my eyes as I do the same, his hands still on my hips, he licks his bottom lip looking at my lips. I could feel my face heat up. His hands slowly began to travel up, which surprised me, I thought he would go down, but no he went up. Which I was proud of, of course.

He put a strand of hair behind my ear, and smirks, looking at my eyes.

Ethan- Ey we're back!

He quickly takes his hands off my hips, and pretends like nothing happens.

We begin to play ball, but I wasn't as focused as before, and he wouldn't even look at me. We kept playing, he acted clueless. Why do they do that. Is that something that boys do now a days?

But how would I know? If I haven't even had my first kiss yet.
