Chapter 26 - Control and Power

Suga's P.O.V.

That's it! I'm going to drive to Marshall's house and see what's going on! Because Gumball has not come back yet and it's frustrating me!

Gumball's P.O.V.

" B-blade!"

I gave out a small gasp of pleasure as he began to lick the head of my member and I tugged on the bed sheets.
I was blushing hard and I was beginning to get warm.
My member was getting hard as Blade began to rub it.
He rubbed faster and faster and just when I was about to let it out, a loud knock was heard at the door.

I jumped and fell off the bed, leaving Blade kneeling on the ground.

" W-who's that!?" I whispered.

Blade stood up and licked his lips.

" It's her."

I was under the covers, struggling I put on everything that wore so 'her' wouldn't know I did anything.

" Who's her?" I asked.

" It's Suga."

OH MY GLOB! OH MY GLOB! OH MY GLOBBING GLOB!!!!! I can't let her see me this way!

" I know you're in their Marshy!"
She purrs.

Marshy? What the what?!

" I'm coming." Blade responds in a loud voice so Suga can hear.

" WHAT! We can't let her in! She'll know we were up to something!" I whispered to him.
I was all dressed up but I was still under the covers.

" She knows I'm here, and she'll interrogate you and ask where you were later when you get back. Let's just act like nothing happened and tell her why you came over or something."
He whispered back.
" Alright. but first"
I stared away from him and blushed hard. " put on a shirt......and some pants." I said.

He gave smirk and walked over to his pile of clothes and put them on. Black tight shirt and gray skinny jeans with black converse. Wow. He whipped his hair and went over to his drawers and searched for something.

He pulled out a lip ring and an earring. This had brought me back to reality. He wasn't actually Marshall Lee, he was Blade and I have to save him.

" Wait."
I interrupt the silence as he put on the second earring.
" We need Marshall back and I won't let you keep him. You can't stay! I.....enjoyed what we were doing but you have to go, I will not allow for you to takeover Marshall and kill him and win."

I snarled at him. I can't let this happen to him again.

~Flashback~

" Who are you?! We don't even know who you are anymore."
Fionna yells at Marshall Lee.....or who we think it's Marshall Lee

" What are you talking about Fionna? I'm Marshall Lee."
He says with a devilish grin.

" No you aren't! Marshall Lee would never try to kill himself! Where's the real Marshall that I loved as brother!"

She screamed at Him as some tears rolled down her cheek.

His face softened. And then something happened.

Marshall Lee fainted and changed. His skin that turned pale blue was to its normal navy blue color and his eyes weren't bags and his hair was to its normal wild self.

He looked up with a confused look and and smiled so wide that I saw his fangs.

" I'm back! Fionna! It's was dark. It was lonely. It was my own depression that overwhelmed me."
He blabbers on leaving Fionna, Cake, and I confused.

" What are you talking about Marshall? And what happened to you?"
We all asked and then chuckled a little.

He looked down and stood up.

" Well this isn't the first time that it has happened. You see..........I cut myself."
He said but mumbled the last sentence.

Why would he do such a thing?!

" I guess the depression inside of me was too much and it consumed me, leaving me to be in this shell of agony in which I created based off of the pain that have. The guy you saw earlier wasn't me, it was my depression. I call him blade because that what I used to cut myself with."
He murmured his explanation but never looking into our eyes. I guess he was afraid to see our sadden faces.

Fionna on the other hand was dumbfounded and didn't understand the poetic speech Marshall was giving, and I guess he noticed.

" To make it short: Everytime I'm wry sad, Blade overtakes my body and every time I'm sad, Blade cuts himself, also harming me."
He said directly to Fionna, trying to make sure she understands.

She gives a long 'Oh' to let him know that she understands.

" Then why did you turn back into yourself?"

Marshall blushed and looked away.

" Because, Fi, you were the one that let me know that someone out there loves me and so I got less sad which banished Blade and turned me back to normal."
He answered with a grin.

I frowned. I know the truth. I always knew it because DUH! I'm so smart! And also because he turned back to normal just because Fionna said that she loved him............

The thing is..........she only loves him as a brother.

~Flash Back Ended~

He's gonna cut himself too deep and he might even hit a vein, especially after all that has been going on with him for the past few days.

Blade looks at me and plastered a smirk on his face.

" Don't you see? I'm already winning. It really just depended on Marshall for his sake. The more depressed he gets.........the more power I gain and right now he's not doing so good. So I guess you could say that................

the war is just beginning."

Fionna's P.O.V.

I had feeling of lust, as Raven would call when she told everything about the birds and the bees on the day that Marshall got drunk.

I wanted Lexile, I needed Lexile. He was everything that fitted Marshall, only I just hoped that this time I wouldn't get hurt by him.

I stopped. I yielded myself from kissing Lexile anywhere else. I departed my lips from his neck and blushed.

" I-I'm sorry, I just can't."

I turned away in shame and true hard to not let any tears slide.
He put his fingers under my chin and raised my head so it met his eyes.

" It's alright, i'll wait."

He leaned in and kissed me.
It was the same feeling that I had the first time I had kissed Lexile at the club. It was so passionate and warm and so...........breath-taking.

" I-I l-love you, Fionna."
