Chapter 4 - I Want You to Love Me

Gumball's P.O.V.

"He just grabbed me and threw me and started hitting and punching me for no reason!!!!" Yeah, I was telling lies but so what? Like as if I was going to let Marshall have Fionna. I know I'm engaged, but after I saw how much she has matured. So i'm not letting him get her before I can. I'll just have to wait and see what happens. I can't believe how stupid I was to not see how beautiful she has become. With her beauty, strength, intelligence, and skills. Gosh she is so perfect. I just might post pone the wedding. I wanna get married to fionna. Even if I have to kill Marshall Lee .

Marshall Lee's P.O.V.

I wanted to explain to Fionna what happened between me and Gum-butt, but I panicked and fled the scene. How stupid! She must think I was the one who started it.He's probably telling her lies right about now. I'll just tell her tomorrow, but right about now i better get home and hide from the sun. Good thing I took Cake's Yellow Umbrella before I left. I'm just gonna sleep a little longer. ~few Hours later~ "Marshall do you love me?" " Of course fionna. I've always loved you. I've been waiting so long for you to love me." "So why did you try to kill me!" "What!? I-I-I d-didn't try to kill you!" " Stop yelling at me!!" "I will when I want to!!" " I should have just stayed with Gumbal!!!!"  ~ Dream Ends~"AHHHHH!!!" is all I could say when I woke up from that nightmare. But I had other things to worry about. But one of them will be that dream. As I was gonna sleep, I heard loud knocks at my door. I put on a shirt and a pair of pants to not startle the person when i opened it,I went downstairs still sweating from that horror dream and still a little sleepy, but hey what can you do. When I opened the door I found Fionna with a frightening look on her face and her skin half burned a little.

Fionna's P.O.V.

I was surprised and so shocked at what Gumball said. Marshall would never do such thing. Especially for no reason. After Gumball left to make more preperations for his stupid wedding. I went for a walk through the woods, when all of sudden I saw a glint of light way up ahead of me. I went to go see what it was. I was ran towards it, passing by Lake River, The Cave of No Return, and The Trail of Recreation. I had some good times there with Marshall.
~Flashback~
" Hey Fi, watch this. CANNONBALL!!!!!" He yelled before jumping into The Lake River. Splash! I was drowned with water in my two piece swim-suit. "Hey! Marshall you could have drowned me!" " Well I didn't" " Whatever"  "Nice swim-suit by the way". I looked down at my blue and aquamarine swim-suit. It covered  most of my body with the flaps at the end of my top. I blushed. It did look sexy on me. But I just giggled. I couldn't tell if he was kidding or flirting. I didn't really care because I was gonna splash attack him. "Hey Marshall, ya like" I said pointing at my body. He just stood there blushing a deep red. Then all of a sudden, I splashed him. His face was priceless. Lol.
~present~
It's an embarrassing moment but hey! I was only 13. I got lost in my memories that I forgot where I was going and I bumped into the object I was going after. It hurt and burned me so bad. " AHHHHH" I yelped in a screaming wail. " Oh My Gosh, are you alright!!!" Wait a minute. That voice.... FLAME PRINCE!!! " F-f-flame prince?" "Fionna! I'm so sorry, come let's go The lake River to heal you. ''." then he turned blue. He carried me bridal style and ran towards The Lake River. As we got there,he layed me down on the ground and grabbed a cup of water with his hands and poured it on me. It stinged a little but it helped me. After a few minutes of silence, he asked me again if I was okay. " Yeah, and you?" " Nah, nothing much except my new protection spell i made, Like it?" I nodded. After a while of talking, laughing, and hanging, he said the same thing Gumball said a few hours ago before he left. " Fionna you have matured so much." I was surprised at the phrase, but mostly embarrassed. My body has grown, and my mind has been weird for a while. " Fionna, I've been trying to ask you this. Will you go out with me." " I'm sorry FP, I can't. I like someone else." Wait? I do?........Marshall Lee. Of course!!! " I have to go FP. " But before I could go anywhere. He grabbed me. " Oh, no you won't. I've been waiting for this day my whole life. I not gonna let you go that easily." He dragged me to a cave and started to kiss me harshly on my lips. " Fionna, Why won't you love me? I love you,why can't you do the same?" He then was putting his hands on my legs and moving them up my thigh. " STOP!! LET ME GO!!!" I started to scream for help, but it was no use because his lips were muffling my words. " Flammfp Primfp, lem me gof!" I kicked his balls as he let go of my legs and put his hands on my hips. "AAAHHHHHH!!!" He fell down and and I ran as fast as I could. I ran anywhere but back. I ended up at Marshall Lee's house. I knocked on the door hoping he was here. Thankfully he opened it. " Fionna are you alright. Come inside!" " I'm alright Marsh, but It was terrible. FP, he-he-he tried to rape me" I started to cry in his arms. " Oh, my Gosh. Fi did he?" "No but he d-" Before I could finish my sentence, he flew out of the house like a madman and went to go after FP i'm guessing, I just hope he doesn't kill him. So I went after him to see if he was. I could easily follow him because of the trail of dust he left from his fast pace he had. it went directly to the forest. I ran faster to see if I was to late or not. " OH YES I CAN!!!!" " Don't yell at me!!" Then all of a sudden he froze in his place. " I'm sorry Fi, I didn't mean to." He let go of Flame Prince and walked up to me. He was like a zombie......just standing there. I looked up to see that his eyes were a little red but they were softening. It was like I couldn't take my eyes of his. I didn't know what I was feeling, but I liked it. Do I Love Marshall Lee?...... He broke my thoughts when he picked me up and took me home
~At the Treehouse~
" Oh, my little sugar bun, where have you been? Me and Lord Mono have been trying to find you, when you weren't in your room with BMO." Well she didn't try hard enough to find me. " Cake can I speak to you in private." Asked Marshall Lee. Cake nodded and they both left me in the room alone with BMO. " Hi Fionna! Where have you been young lady?" He said in his robotic voice with a hint of silliness. I giggled a little. " I was just going for a walk that's all." " That's not what Marshall Lee told me! Where is he?! I'm gon-" " Cake, calm down. Marshall took care of him. Right Marshall?" He was whistling the innocent tune. Then he was slowly backwards walking to the door. " Marshall, you did...didn't you?" I asked. With a worry in my voice. " Well, you didn't exactly let me, sop no." "WHAT!!!!" Cake and I yelled. I was stupid enough to acknowledge the the truth. I interfered in the fight. But it was for a good reason of course. " I just wanna go to bed, Cake""But it's only 6:00 P.M." She said as she pointed to the clock. " Whatever, I'm going to bed." I walked up the stairs and jumped on my bed. "eh, forget my PJ's. I wanna sleep." After a few sleeping hours I woke to my own pool of spit in my pillow. "Ewww. I can't believe this happens." I wiped off all of the slime and went to take a shower. After getting dressed and putting my hair in a ponytail with a bunny headband Marshall gave me for my birthday. Oh, Marshall......I'll just visit him for a while. I walked down the stairs and went to the kitchen. " Hey honey, I made Bacon pancakes!" Yessss!  I gobbled them up and went to Marshall's house. ~At Marshall's house~ When he opened the door He was half naked. He didn't have a shirt but he did have on jeans. I didn't know he had muscles or even a six-pack. He looked.......Hawt!!! But his long, jet, black hair totally turned me on. " Like the view" He said with a smirk. His sexy smirk. " I-I-I w-wasn't. I, ummm uhhhh." I stammered at my words as I was getting back to reality. " Chill dude, But i'm gonna have to ask you to leave because my girlfriend is visiting." My heart broke again as he said 'girlfriend' but it hurt much, much, much worst. " Y-your girlfriend?" Everyone I love is turning me down, and every moment brings me agony. I swear I was gonna tear up any second. " Nah, just kidding! Hahahahahah! You should have seen face." My heart was beating again, thank glob. " But, the truth is....the only girl I want ask a girlfriend is.....you" I was so happy, I couldn't express to myself how happy I felt at that moment. But I did know the answer to his question and it would be " Yes!!!" I fell into his arms with love. My happily ever after came true.......or so I thought.
