AFTER the talk with the sheriff and giving her statement, Meredith was left alone to her own thoughts. Her mind was in pieces trying to figure out the whole Rowan situation with him being seen in one piece. It just didn't make sense because they saw the boy literally get ripped to pieces. Meredith rubs her head beginning to feel restless about the whole situation, something was off with this town, this school. Ever since she's arrived here, she could feel her powers beginning to become more restless, slowly losing what little control she had over them. She was starting to hear the voices again, whispers scratching at the back of her head, speaking of things that hadn't even happened yet. Her eyes snap forward to the window that was beginning to crack from the overwhelming power that was surrounding Meredith.
Meredith huffs, grabbing her things and leaving the one place she found refuge, but it seemed more like a hellhole now. She stomps her way towards Enid, hoping the bubbly girl could put her in a better mood but she was stopped by Noah. Meredith smiles up at the boy, not seeing him since the last time they spoke.
"Meredith! I haven't seen you since the last time we talked!" He exclaims, greeting the small strawberry blonde with a large smile
"Yeah, I'm sorry about that, I'm still getting used to this school" Meredith shrugs, flinching when Noah excitedly pushes his phone into her face
"Here! put your phone number in here so we can talk more!" Noah smiles watching Meredith type her phone number into his phone
"You can text if you need anything or help around here! We're friends now so you can count on me!" He exclaims looking back behind him as his friends shout for him to come back and help
"Seems like you're busy, I'll let you go..." Meredith smiles up at the brunette boy looking past him at the group of burly boys who were becoming restless
"Never busy for a friend, just text me, okay?" Noah asks, shaking his hand towards the group of boys to wait
"I will" Meredith promises, pushing the large boy away from her and towards the awaiting werewolves who ruffle his hair causing Meredith to giggle unaware of the pair of narrowed hazel eyes. Xavier huffs looking away from the two and getting back to painting his team's boat for the Poe cup competition.
"Dude are you okay?" Ajax asks the boy who shakes his head, jealously brewing at the bottom of his stomach.
"Yeah, I'm good " He mumbles, furrowing his eyebrows glancing back towards Meredith who took a seat next to Yoko, smirking towards Enid who was all over the place.
