Chapter 5

ℂreeak, the bathroom door opened revealing the girl who quickly became the one he held upmost importance in his heart.

Hanako was surprised, after the first two times of her coming in and being either overly happy, "Hello Hanako-kun, Kou's not here yet I see?" "Nope, just you and me princess~!" The black-haired boy teased. "Ugh. I swear." She said shaking her head.

"Oh, yeah I made some donuts with my mom and I thought you'd want some, this is also my thanks for yesterday too." She told him handing a tasty smelling bag to Hanako. "Wow yashiro! You really know how to get on my good side!" He exclaimed already chewing on his beige pastry ring.

"I swear Yokou and Satou only want to be friends with me for my cooking!" a certain middleschooler exorcist came through the door quite loudly might he add."They keep asking me to make lunch for them. Ugh." the other boy whined, plopping down on the floor and opening his lunchbox revealing tasty food. The lucky thing is, this bathroom isn't frequented as much due to Hanako's rumor and the fact that a certain few kids hang out here all the time, making sitting on the floor a lot less gross. "oh, I'm sorry about that Kou, would you like a feel better donut?" She said after sitting down across from him.

Ha. He got more than the blondie! Nene likes him more! He smirked at the boy as he sat down next to his favorite girl proudly holding his donut bag. "You got a donut too Hanako?" he said looking at his bag and the donut in his mouth. He made a 'mhm' noise, still chewing on the donut. "I got a second letter today." she said a lot calmer than last time, still smiling though. "Was it the same person?" Kou asked looking up from his bento lunch. "Mhm, quite sure, "she nodded in confirmation. " The way of writing was the same."

"You know, I feel like I remember the writing style. The penmanship just seems vaguely familiar and I hate it! I just want to know who it is already!" she told them while putting an onigiri rice ball in her mouth. "What do you plan to do when you find out who it is?" The choppy-haired boy asked, one eyebrow raised. "You'll be in for a rude awakening when you see how ugly he actually is compared to whatever you have imagined in that little head of yours." Hanako laughed a little.

"Ignoring how I'm pretty sure you just called me stupid, I don't think he could look that bad! Plus he seems really sweet, I would at least like go on a date or a two if I met him! He seems sweet, just like his writing style!" Now THAT set him off. He almost felt like fainting there. His face was definately bright red there, no way it wasn't. Oh god. He turned his head in the opposite direction as fast as he could. He wished this stupid crush would just go away already! Besides he was quite sure she only liked the secret admirer, not Hanako himself.

It took awhile, but he eventually managed to calm himself down enough to actually listen to listen to the other two's conversation. He guessed love letters were interesting enough to be talked about for this long. "Ah, Senpai! What did the letter say?" he tilted his head. "Mmm, the letter? That's a secret just between me and him~." she giggled at the exorcist boy across from her. Oh. Ok.

he's going to keep writing these letters even if it is the last thing he will ever do.
