"Dear secret admirer of mine,
I can't help but wonder who you are. Do I know you by any chance? I hope you know I wouldn't be dissapointed if I were to meet you whoever you may be! I would love to meet you!"
"From you favorite, Yashiro Nene."
The midnight-haired boy would be lying if he said he wasn't surprised to see the letter in his hands. He bet that she totally would be dissapointed, and she only wrote that because never in her mind would the thought of the boy currently infront of her to be the writer have crossed her mind.
Using a pencil she had stored away in her locker since he left his on the windowsill, he wrote a responce using the back of the paper.
"After reading your paper, I couldn't help but smile. I will say, you have most definately met me before, I make quite a memorable impression to those meet. I am still going to continue to keep myself a secret from you still, my apologies."
Hanako wrote the words quite a lot smaller than on the other side as to not take up too much space. He then put the mechanical pencil he borrowed back where he got it from and folded his letter making the new additions on the bottom while still hiding the inside words. The amber-eyed ghost carefully put the letter in his pocket so it wouldn't end up crumpled.
He would keep the letter on him until it turned to ashes in the wind. It wasn't like he could really change his clothes so it would probably sit in there until he decided he'd want to read it again. Which would likely be soon.
He wondered if Yashiro ever reread his letters over and over again like he will hers. He knew how much she liked the admirer so he guessed that she does and went to think about something else. The ghost decided to go to the rooftop area. It was quite late now, maybe around 7 or 8. He really couldn't tell unless he was nearby a clock. He didn't have to great of an internal clock like some people he'd seen before. Maybe he'd see stars.
The deceased boy laid down on his back, face to the night sky. The stars weren't too visible tonight, part of it could have been the fact that he was in a highly populated area. Oh man, Hanako bet he'd be able to see the stars with his telescope if he had it. His mind drifted to the telescope's current location. He'd have to get Nene to stay behind when it's closer to summer break, since the sky is far clearer by then.
The amber-eyed boy could already think of her beautiful bright smile, maybe brighter than the stars themselves, no definately brighter. Oh, yeah, and he guessed the kid would probably end up coming too. Since she'd likely question if it was just the two of them.He would love to gush over his love of stars with her. Oh, how he'd point to the stars in the sky and tell her about them, he'd tell her about the moon and even the first person on it. Hanako would answer any questions she had.
Maybe he'd fallen more than he'd initially thought. The nice thing about her is that she'd genuinely listen to Hanako's space ramblings, all while looking at him with those all too captivating sunset eyes of her's. The ghost's face grew as red as a chili pepper. God he felt hot. The dark-haired sat there for a long while only wanting to calm down faster.
Hanako couldn't wait until tommorow that was for sure.
𝔸 / ℕ
I have no idea if how i write these letters between the two even sounds good. For all I know they're so cheesy and bad that those who read them curl in second-hand embarrassment haha.
It's quite hard to judge your own writing isn't it?
