"Enid stop crying please, I beg of you." Mayhem said as she tried her best to console the teen werewolf.
At the sound of the window opening Mayhem looked back, seeing Wednesday return.
"Where have you been she's literally having a heart attack!" Mayhem yelled
"What happened?" Wednesday asked, causing Enid to cry even louder.
"Garlic Bread incident at Dinner. Yoko is in the infirmary. We need a co-pilot."
"it wasn't an accident. Bianca's behind it." Wednesday explained.
"Of course she is. So Addams, whats the plan?"
"We are going to crush them tomorrow."
"Wait you're joining the Black Cats!" Enid yelled in excitement, tears stopping immediately.
"You're willing to do that? For me?" Enid asked wiping away for tears.
"I want to humiliate Bianca so badly that the bitter taste of defeat burns in her throat."

Mayhem smiled, excited for their devious plans.


Yeah, but mostly you're doing it because we're friends, right?

"Oh but of course Enid. Now let's get to planning." Mayhem smirked.

"Now, I'm not usually a fan of mono color outfits, but I look fucking amazing." Mayhem said as her and Wednesday walked out the group tent in their group costume.
"OMG, you look purr-fect!" Enid said before turning to Wednesday, "Only thing, where are your whiskers?"
"Ask again, and you'll be down to eight lives. "
"Anyways. Let's take our place so we can crush the fucking competition." Mayhem said as she wrapped her arms around the two girls.
10 minutes had pasted, every team was in their place awaiting for the game to begin.
Noticing Ajax on the boat to the left of theirs Mayhem nudged Enid shoulder, signaling her to say hi. Enid blushed and waved a small hello, Ajax smiled and nervously waved back. Mayhem laughed at their interaction, the two were crazy for each other yet neither one made a move.
"Mayhem." Xavier whispered, trying to grab the girls attention.
Turning to the sound of her name being she smiled, realizing the person who called her name was him.
"Xavier, are you prepared to loose?" Mayhem mocked.
"That's funny, real funny." Xavier replied.
"Focus." Wednesday said, hitting Mayhems back.
"Yes, Captain." Mayhem said facing forward. Awaiting for the horn to sound.
"I want to welcome you all to the Edgar Allan Poe Cup. This is one of Nevermore's proudest annual traditions, dating back 125 years. Each team must row across to Raven Island, pull a flag from Crackstone's Crypt, and hustle back without sinking or being sunk. First team to cross the finish line with their flag wins the cup and bragging rights for a year, as well as some special privileges.
Let the Poe Cup begin!"
And just like that the teams were off, Xavier team was in the lead, Wednesday following after.
The hooded team rowed right next to the girls team, activating an axe swing.
In unison the girls ducked and began to row faster.
Mayhem rowed as Wednesday used a telescope to watch the waters.
Noticing a splash in the distance Wednesday ordered Thing to release the net.

Finally the girls made it to land, Wednesday rushed off to grab the flag as Mayhem stretched her arms.

Enid hinted to Thing to distract the other team, allowing her the chance to claw the boys boat.


"Very nice Ms.Enid, I'm so proud," Mayhem said as she wiped away fake tears.

The sirens teamed arrived, and Bianca and another girl went rushing after.

Soon the boys came back, then Bianca and yet there was no sign of Wednesday. Without thinking twice Mayhem rushed out the boat to find her.

After running straight into the forest she noticed Addams lying on the floor.

Stupid visions, Mayhem thought as she kneeled next to her, getting ready to zap Wednesday, the girl sat up straight.

"Let's go." Wednesday said grabbing the flag and running to the boat, Mayhem following behind.

"Let's go! Hurry!" Enid yelled as the two girls entered the boat.

The girls rowed faster and faster rushing to catch up.

Enid and Mayhem laughed as they past Ajax and Xaviers drowning boat.

"I just asked myself, "WWWD?" What Would Wednesday Do?" Enid said proudly as the girls rowed.

Then all of a sudden the boat was hit with a strong force, pushing the girls boat to the side.

"Thing! A little help please." Mayhem yelled, as he popped out from under the girls seat and jumping into the water.

In no time the girls rushed to get close to Bianca's boat, using a spear to cut the boat.

Smirking the girls rowed harder and harder til finally they made it to the dock.

Enid and Wednesday rushed to put the flag in ground signaling their win.

The girls cheered as Wednesday stood still, looking at the water.

"Admit it, you got into the whole school spirit thing." Mayhem whispered as she stood beside her.

"You didn't tell me it was a dark, vengeful spirit." Wednesday said as she smirked at Bianca's team struggling to get on the dock.

"I believe a congratulations are in order. Though I do believe cheaters shouldn't win." Xavier said as he entered the empty stairwell Mayhem sat in.

"Don't know what your talking about Stalker. We play a fair game." Mayhem smirked as Xavier sat beside her.

"Why aren't you out celebrating with the rest of them?"

"Can't you see I'm having my own celebration." Mayhem said, raising the bag chocolate m&ms.

"An incredible celebration indeed."

"Your team wasn't bad, it's just mine was better." Mayhem gloated, Xavier smiling.

The two sat in comfortable silence until Enid came and dragged Mayhem way for pictures.
