" This may be harder than you think. "

THEY WERE ALL SOAKING WET. Olivia stared in awe at the beautiful cherry blossoms she passed on her way to the camp, their pink leaves slowly moving through the wind. Lucy was safe and sound, now back to her usual smiles that always cheered everyone up. As they walked, the clearer the path got and less snow appeared, which put a smile on all their faces.

Olivia missed the colourful tents and the bright people. She found herself near the camp by the sight of yellow and red big tents. She heard the sound of a horn blowing, and looked up to the top of a cliff, where she saw a centaur announcing their arrival. She eagerly looked at him, before waving. He smiled and bowed, and Olivia felt like everything was right again.

They had all taken off their coats. Olivia was with her dress, and she supported the cloak on her arms, despite Mr Beaver's beggin for him to carry it instead of her. Lucy had too been distracted by such beauty. She found herself enchanted with the flowers and trees around her.

Olivia had lost her flower crown in the river, but she didn't miss it very much. It was more of a symbol than anything, and she wasn't the biggest fan of wearing them. Just now and then when she felt like it.

Entering the camp, all eyes were focused on the boy and the three girls. They stopped everything they were doing just to watch the humans pass by, their jaws almost hitting the floor. Olivia smiled, seeing the familiar faces and waving.

As they walked, the crowd was behind. They walked, all feeling like in a dream.

" Why are they all staring at us? " - Susan asked, still smiling.

" Maybe they think you look funny. " - Lucy said, smiling, making Olivia laugh. Lucy grabbed her hand, and the two swung their arms in the air, like they were skipping on a walk in the woods.

They reached the end of the camp, where they stood in front of a natural stage formed by rocks, just next to the last tent. Olivia recognized Oreius, the representative of the centaurs, standing on top of the rocks. Peter unleashed his sword in slow motion. He held it up high, and spoke:

" We have come to see Aslan. " - And the crowd started to murmur. Oreius simply looked at the tent, watching as the majestic lion appeared. Before he came out, the entire crowd got on their knees and bowed.

Aslan was nothing like anything they had seen before. He wasn't just a regular lion, he was the most majestic one they had ever seen. His fur was almost golden, the sun seemed to form a natural spotlight on him, all the pieces of the puzzle seemed to fit when he was present. There was no explaining the feeling that Aslan caused them, but it was the best sensation ever.

Olivia bowed as soon as his paw came out of the tent, and the Pevensies joined her in the motion. Peter craved his sword on the grass, supporting his hands on it and consequently his head, the shield with the lion engraved on it firmly on his back.

" Welcome, Peter, son of Adam. " - Aslan spoke in his usual soft yet deep voice. The most comforting voice they had ever heard.

" Welcome, Susan and Lucy, daughters of Eve. " - He smiled.

" And welcome, Queen Olivia, my dear friend. " - Aslan smiled, nodding for Olivia to stand up. She did as such, and ran to hug the big cat. He chuckled at the embrace, before Olivia finally broke out of it and she stood next to Aslan.

" Welcome to you, Beavers. You have my thanks. " The couple of Beavers nodded, flashing their best smiles.

" But where is the fourth? " - Aslan asked. The Pevensies got up from the ground where they were kneeling, but not very excited.

" That's why we're here sir. We need your help. " - Peter placed his sword back on it's belt again.

" We had a little trouble along the way. " - Susan explained with a sign. Olivia nodded to the Pevensies, in which they understood as a green flag to proceed.

" Our brother's been captured by the White Witch. " - Peter signed. That resulted in murmurs and gasps from the crowd, shock and dismay.

" Captured? How could this happen? " - Aslan grew worried in his voice. That wasn't a part of his plan, and neither was he very much prepared for it.

" I believe capture is a strong word. He - " - Olivia, even though having a terrible impression on the boy, did not want to use the word 'betrayed'. She knew it would cause a tumult, and so she tried to think of a better word to use.

" He betrayed them, your majesties. " - Mr Beaver concluded. The mob grew anxious, the murmuring getting even louder than before.

" Then he has betrayed us all! " - Oreius exclaimed. He felt like a sword had slashed his chest, and so did the rest of the Narnians. They had all put faith in Edmund, one of the sons of Adam with the destiny to bring peace to Narnia.

" Peace, Oreius. " - Aslan calmed him down. He was the authority, and Oreius did not defy him. - " I'm sure there is an explanation. "

" I'm sure his arrogance had a reason.." - Olivia muttered in a nasty and sarcastic voice to herself, letting her judgement get the best of her.

" it's all my fault, really. " - Peter came forward. Olivia was shocked by the statement, but she knew she shouldn't be. He was Edmund's brother after all. - " I was too hard on him. "

Susan brushed her hand at her brother's shoulder. She send him a comforting smile, before speaking up:

" We all were. "

" Sir, he's our brother. " - Lucy turned to Aslan, the big cat had big expectations upon her. He knew Lucy was the correct Pevensie, and if he could, he would put his faith all upon her, without even meeting her correctly.

" I know, dear one. But that only makes the betrayal all the worse. This may be harder than you think. "
