Chapter 3: Home Life

I woke up the next morning forgetting what happened yesterday. I sit at the edge of my bed rubbing my eyes. I live alone with only my sister. But she's gone 90% of the time so I technically have the house to myself. My head was hurting. I went downstairs to my sister putting her shoes on. "Hey little sis, watch the house for me". I responded with a yes and she leaves and closes the door behind her. My sister's name is Satomi, she works a lot, that's her main reason for not being home a ton. I make myself Ramen with eggs and the occasional rice balls. My sister says I'm a good cook. I cook for her sometimes on the days she's here. It does get pretty lonely sometimes so I invite over ShinShi. I heard knocking on the front door. I looked through the peephole. It's ShinShi, I opened the door for him and he let himself in.

"Ramen huh?" ShinShi said with his mouth full. I responded with a yes and told him it was the only thing I made for guests. He looked at me and smiled. Then he laughed. We sat on the couch and watched BlueToob. He wanted to watch a show on BlueToob. I told him we didn't have movies. He was disappointed. "When's your Satomi coming back this time?". He asked that question while staring at the TV. It kinda freaked me out. "I don't know". I replied. I asked ShinShi If he wanted to go to Grillby's and he told me he'd beat me there. Grillby's wasn't far from my house. It was walking distance. I'm glad Satomi leaves money on the counter for me when she can. Me and ShinShi make our way to Grillby's. I sit at the table booth in the back of the restaurant and I tell him what I want and give him the money. A little later ShinShi comes to sit down with me and we talk about video games for a while and after a short period our food is given to us and we eat like we never had before.

After a while it got dark and ShinShi left. I played GGO for a while then got off because of toxic people. Sometimes GGO is fun. When people aren't talking crap because they lost fair and square because they all died and lost to a female. What has the world come to nowadays? I hear my front door open and my sister says that she's home. I yell down stairs to her saying "ok". She might get mad at me later. I started writing an essay that I had for my English class 5th period. It was supposed to be 7 paragraphs long. Ms. Teroka is kind of mean. She doesn't let me use the bathroom. I don't like her. Then again. Who does?. Sometimes I wish to see Mika again over the weekends. I've been thinking about her since Friday. Will I ever see her again? I wondered to myself while writing my essay. I wonder what she's doing right now. I plugged my headphones into my PearPhone listening to Lo-Fi music I lay on my bed before drifting away to a very music filled sleep. "Mika" I say to Myself falling asleep.
