Chapter 12: A Walk and Sleepover with Mikasu

Mikasu asked if I always stay at home on days like these. I told her yeah since there was nothing really interesting to do at my house besides grind my favorite games. She laughed and said that I'll have to make some plans with some other friends to be able to do things outside of the gaming world. But the thing is, I was only grinding to go to GameCon. I always wanted to go. My friends online already signed up and paid for the trip. After I told her this she sighed and said she wished she had the money for GameCon otherwise she'd totally go. Miri: "But I insist you should go!"

Mikasu: "Are you sure? I wouldn’t want to be a bother?"

Miri: "Of course! My sister has a well paying job and with all that, of course she'd spare money for both of us to go!"

Mikasu: "Do you really think she'd do that?"

Miri: "Of course she would! She's the best sister ever!"

Mikasu: "Let's not be so loud. We’re on a silent street."

Miri: "Oh, right, apologies."

Mikasu told me that it was alright just not to be so loud since we were on a quiet street. I didn't know what else to talk about though. Until she said thank you to me for doing this for her. I told her not to thank me and to thank my sister. It was getting late and we started walking back to my house. I didn't want her to walk back home alone in the dark so I had her sleep over. She asked me If I was sure she wanted her to stay here. I told her there are lots of creeps out there. She agreed and we had a blast. We made food, We played with Auto, we also played games, watched movies, and told scary stories. But My favorite part was the popcorn. But to be fair every part was my favorite part about this sleepover. She told me some things about her personal life. And in exchange I did the same. Hearing things about her personal life was sad. But when I told her about my personal life. She hugged me and patted my head and told me that everything would be ok. I was relieved I found someone so kind to talk to and an amazing friend. But what I liked most of all... Was the warmth of my crush's hug... I cried in her arms for a while... She just kept reassuring me that everything would be ok... And I believed her. I am so thankful that I fell in love with someone so kind... So gentle... So.. Perfect...
