Saiki's POV

It's the holiday season and we all know what that means. I have to spend time with people and opening presents already knowing whats in them. Nope. Not gonna happen. Well besides one person... she's the only exception. I felt her presence and looked behind me. She had a big smile and she was holding up a present. For some reason I couldn't see inside.

"Hey buddy. Oh Y/n got you got a present! Open it!" Nendo said, coming out of nowhere. Y/n nodded and I opened the present, curious on why I couldn't see inside. Y/n made sure not to think about whats inside which is why she hasn't said anything. All she was thinking right now was. 'Don't think Don't think Don't think. HURRY UP AND OPEN IT.' I opened it and revealed the coffee jelly inside. There was another present inside but all I cared about was the coffee jelly. 

It was the good kind too. I took a bite of the coffee jelly and my eyes sparkled. 'Hehe cute.' Y/n thought making me drop the sparkles. I handed Y/n my coffee jelly, only trusting her as I looked at what else was inside. There was a framed photo of us from when we first started dating. I had a slight smile which might be the only photo of me smiling in. Y/n had a giant ear to ear smile and I was looking at her instead of the camera. I suspect me not being able to see inside was the wrapping paper, it had some kind of metallic look.

"Awe aren't you two the cutest." Nendo said and took the frame from my hands. "You're even smiling Saiki!" He exclaimed and pointed to me in the photo. "Saiki smiled?" Teruhashi popped up which wasn't good. She has a rivalry with Y/n. Y/n doesn't even know she hates her! "Yeah look! Saikis smiling at Y/n!" Nendo said. She gave Y/n the evil eye as Y/n sweetly smiled with closed eyes. Missing the dirty look she gave. 

'Y/n's trying to steal MY Saiki!? How dare she! Who does she think she is?!' An irk mark appeared on her forehead. Yeah right, like i'd date you. I took the picture from Nendo and put it back in the bag. I grabbed Y/n and my coffee jelly and quickly walked away. Once we left school I made sure no one was around before teleporting home. Y/n got dizzy and I stabled her before putting the picture on my bedside table. 

I then realized I haven't gotten Y/n a present yet. Why'd she have to give me a present now? It's not even Christmas yet. I quickly tried to remember something Y/n said she really liked and remembered a necklace she said she liked when we were walking home. I quickly grabbed some money about as much as it would cost and switched it out with the necklace. She was sitting on my bed looking at the tv when I snuck up behind her and put the necklace on. She looked down to it and her eyes shined. "Thank you." She said and stood up.

"Merry Christmas!" Y/n said with a big smile and cupped my face with both hands. 'Merry Christmas Y/n.' She pulled me in and kissed me. I'm not sure why but every time she does this, even when I see it coming, I get a weird feeling and I'm not sure if I like it. It astonishes me on how Y/n could always be so happy, it seems as if no matter what people think or say she doesn't care. I hate to say it but she's like a smart Nendo but way better. At least I can actually predict her movements. 

"Ku? Are you home?" My mom said and came into my room, her eyes lit up when she saw Y/n. Y/n's her favorite. "Oh Y/n! Hello dear how are you?" My mom asked and grabbed her arm, beginning to steal her away. I followed them out and she brought her to the kitchen. I finished my coffee jelly as my mom talked to Y/n. Their conversation didn't interest me as I sat on the couch and turned the tv on, waiting for them to be done. Once they were, Y/n accompanied me on the couch, resting her head on my shoulder. 

A Christmas movie popped up and before I could change it Y/n had already seen it and was content on watching it. I sighed and agreed for her sake. She ended up falling asleep on me  halfway through so I turned the tv off and took her to my room, laying her down and getting in with her. I sighed as I turned my back to her. She shuffled around and wrapped her arms around me. I gave in and turned around, bringing her closer. "Goodnight." I said and kissed her forehead.
