BREAKING NEWS from WRN (World Racing Network) (written 2022 Nov, xx)
Famous Podium Winning Driver for Porsche Team Decides not to renew contract!
In a move no one has expected, Y/N Lee's Manager has confirmed that the racer has decided to not renew his contract with Team Porsche for the upcoming year. Y/N, famous for being the youngest driver ever to race and win at the well known 24 Hours of Le Mans race, winning it on his first attempt at 18 for the race in and maintaining the streak for 6 years in a row, said quote "I think that I have spent enough time racing for Porsche, I'd like to race with another team."
There are speculations that Y/N will return to his home country of Korea, where he will join the growing Hyundai Racing Team as a driver. Regardless, us at WRN sincerely wish Y/N all the best in his pursuits in the future.
"Let me get this straight," Y/N said to the room at large, " you want me to be a test driver for the N division of Hyundai for testing and training, whilst also racing for the Hyundai Racing Team at endurance and GT races?"
"Yes Mr Lee, that is what we're asking in the contract for you." Says the representative for Hyundai, "be rest assured that your pay would be in proportion with the work you do and as always, bonuses for when you race."
"So now," the rep said, in a tone that for some reason reminded you of Gong Yoo from Squid Games, "Do you wanna join Team Hyundai?"

"You'd better believe it, I'm in!" Y/N said as he signed the contract.
(Y/N POV)
I can't believe, I am now going to be racing for my home country! As I left the Hyundai building, I quickly sent my Father a message, as it was still night time in Canada, telling him the good news that I have.
It has been years since I told him that I dreamed of being a world class racing driver, at first he was rather reluctant, but I can't blame him. He does have a reason after what happened to mom. But over the years, he has finally been able to open up and support me for what I love doing, pushing the envelop of speed and winning. I then decided to pay a visit to a place I used to frequent whenever I was in Korea.

"Hi mom," I said, as I laid down a bouquet of fresh daisies at the headstone, and I sat down in front of it. "I'm back in Korea, and I'm gonna be racing for a Korean team as well, I'm going to be racing for Hyundai." I looked at the picture of my Mom, seeing her made me tear up, "I miss you mom, I knew you supported my dreams of racing, albeit it being so unsafe. And also dad's opposition because it's street racers that caused you to leave us so soon. But I promise, I will win and be the best racer there is."
