The sea was calm, the sky was blue, and Matt, Spike and Ava were enjoying a nice lunch out on the sea.
Ava: These are some good fish, but I'm a bit tired of seafood after having it for 2 weeks.
Spike: Well out here on this boat, our only options are seafood, or the expired tins of beans we have in the hold.
An odd fog surrounded the boat, nobody could see beyond the front of the ship, Matt dropped the anchor as it was too dangerous to sail.
Matt: Where did the fog come from?
Spike: I know this fog, we're in the Devil's Triangle.
Ava: Devil's, you mean like the Devil's Wind?
Spike: No, it's not a demon, it's worse, it's the sea of monsters, The Bermuda Triangle!
Matt: What!? No ship has ever returned from there!
Spike: The fog we're in is always here, the triangle is filled with it, and there's no way out. The secrets within are too dangerous, and the creatures that live there are even more so.
A clicking noise came from all directions, a feeling of death came from the fog, and a stench worse than every bad smell on Earth combined lingered in the air.
Ava: What's that smell?
Spike: Oh no, not him.
Matt: Who is it?
A giant Eye 1000 times the size of the empire state building opened, with a humongous orange glow.
Spike: Kraken!!!
The Kraken made a bloodcurdling screech, large tentacles rose from the ocean and wrapped around the ship.
Matt: WHAT DO WE DO!?
Spike: The monsters in the Bermuda Triangle are unstoppable, that's why we made this their prison.
Ava: The Bermuda Triangle is a prison for bloodthirsty sea monsters!
Spike: Not a good time to discuss this.
The kraken started to squeeze down on the boat and drag it down into the darkest depths. Ava, Matt and Spike got away on a lifeboat and started to row away, before the kraken wants desert.
Spike: That was insane, and that wasn't the worst of them.
Matt: There's monsters here that are worse than the kraken!!!
Ava: Like what?
The sea started shaking as a large serpent like creature with blue scales, glowing white eyes and markings, wings shaped like water, and massive claws.
Spike: Beisht Kione.
Beisht Kione: Spikesworth Omar XII, it is a pleasure to see you again, in the prison cell you trapped us in, how long has it been since your last visit, 13 millennia or 60?
Spike: It's been 100 millennia actually, Matt get us out of here.
Matt started rowing far away at blazing speeds but were stopped by Beisht Kione's tail.
Beisht Kione: Don't go, me and Spike barley got reacquainted, and I have something to give him, something I've desired for a long time, HIS FLESH AND BODY INSIDE MY MOUTH AS I GET REVENGE FOR WHAT YOU'VE DONE!!!
Ava: What did you do to her?
Matt: Did you lock her in here?
Spike: Yes, I did lock her in here.
Matt: Then that's why is she mad.
Beisht Kione shot a massive jet of water at them, blasting them in the lifeboat far off into the fog, when they finally landed, Beisht Kione was nowhere to be seen.
Matt: This place is insane!? Monsters left and right, something always wanting to kill you, and fog that stops you from seeing everything.
Sharp rocks rotated in a circle around them, with 2 more rows around them, spinning in opposite directions, rows of rotating teeth, they were not alone.! A great whirlpool started forming from inside the rows of teeth, the lifeboat spun like a top, around and around, as the teeth started to close in on them!
Spike: CHARYBDIS!!!
Matt: Everyone grab a paddle and ROW FOR YOUR LIVES!!!
Ava and Spike both grabbed paddles and started to row, the current kept pulling them in, Spike saw a large island and told the others to row towards it. The whirlpool grew stronger making it harder to escape, they abandoned the boat and dived to shore, making it just in time before Charybdis sucked the boat in and swallowed it hole. They joined inland looking for supplies. They heard a rumble coming from the sea, a huge burst of water jetted up from the ocean, and a massive creature with tentacles, huge arms and legs, tentacles for fingers and toes, large wings, and the face of an octopus rose from the ocean. The creature spoke in an eerie voice.
???: Spikesworth Omar XII, it is I Cthulhu, and a little birdie told me that you were here, and by birdie, I mean Beisht Kione, in fact she told all of your old friends.
Spike: Thanks, Beisht Kione, now every creature here is after me!
Ava and Matt: Yeh thanks Kione.
Cthulhu: I smell you.
He turned his face and looked directly at Spike.
Cthulhu: I see you dragonling, TIME TO DIE!!!
He reached out at Spike, but was interrupted by a bolt of purple lightning, a creepy face appeared over them from the clouds, a face with sharp fangs and glowing blue eyes.
Spike: Zalmore, he found us already!
Matt: That's Zalmore!?
Spike: Just a projection of him.
Zalmore: CREATURES OF THE DEVIL'S TRIANGLE, LISTEN TO ME, I SHALL GIVE YOU YOUR FREEDOM, BUT IN RETURN, YOU MUST BRING ME SPIKESWORTH OMAR XII ALIVE, AND ALL OF HIS COMPANIONS.
The face vanished, and the fog disappeared. Matt got up on his feet, went into a running position, and started running in circles.
Cthulhu: Freedom in exchange for delivering Spike to Zalmore, a bargain on my end.
Matt ran faster and faster, the seven league boots glowed on his feet, he started to run at the speed of light, around and around he went, winds started to grow violent as, the Devil's Wind rose from the ground and targeted Cthulhu.
Matt: Quick let's run; the Devil's Wind can't hold him off forever.
Spike signaled to them, showing that he found a boat tied onto a rock nearby, they ran towards it, cut the rope and pushed it into the ocean. Spike and Ava jumped into the boat, and Matt grabbed onto the back of the boat and started pushing, running faster and faster as the seven league boots made him able to literally walk on water.
Spike: This is bad, if we don't find Excalibur soon, we'll all be in deep trouble, and we may not survive the incoming war. This could be the end of us all now that Zalmore's freeing all monsters, not just his army, we could lose, everything.
