Asher Reed
I see red.
Red everywhere, my vision is red, my knuckles are red, Aiden's face is red.
It isn't until someone's behind me pulling me off of him before the red starts fading.
"Asher."
I don't know who is talking and I don't care. I don't think I've ever been this mad before.
"Asher!" The voice says again, and I realize it's just Roman.
"What?" I bite.
"You have to fucking calm down. Like chill the fuck out, you were about to kill him." Good. No wonder Rhea hates him so much, he's nothing more than a stuck up asshole who thinks he's entitled to anything he wants.
I finally look around and see that a lot more people have gathered around, but Rhea is gone. As I turn to head after her a voice stops me.
"Mr. Reed, Principal's office. Now."
The school nurse rushes in quickly to try to tend to the passed out and bloodied guy on the floor while I make my way to the principal's office annoyed.
I'm a straight A student, and a star athlete, with nothing, not even a detention on my school record. This is going to be an interesting conversation.
I walk into the principal's office and before I can even close the door, the yelling starts.
"Mr. Reed, are you well aware that you almost just killed a kid, because here you are walking into my office acting like you don't care at all, while another kid is passed out in the nurses office. He isn't even a student at our school. Do you know how much trouble I can get in for this? Do you know how much trouble YOU can get in for this? I would never expect this kind of carelessness and disrespect coming from you Mr. Reed? I am incredibly disappointed in you right now." Principal Finley says.
"He was bullying another student, Sir." I reply.
"That is no excuse to beat him up. Violence is never the answer. Who is this other student?"
"Rhea Griffin, she's had issues with him harassing her in the past too, and then he came up to us during the Wax Museum and said something terrible, and I lost control. I am sorry, you know me, I would normally never do anything like this." Principal Finley takes a minute to think, looking conflicted.
"Where is Ms. Griffin, I was told there was no one else around while you were beating up the kid."
"She ran off at some point, I'm not really sure I was a little distracted." I said rubbing the back of my neck.
He turns around and grabs the intercom and says, "RHEA GRIFFIN TO THE OFFICE, I REPEAT, RHEA GRIFFIN PLEASE REPORT TO THE OFFICE."
"Sir, I think she left campus. She seemed really upset while Aiden was talking to us."
"Ok, then I can't really decide on a punishment until I hear both her and Aiden's point of view. For now you should go home for the rest of the day and you can return tomorrow, I will have to call your parents though."
"Okay thank you, Sir, again I am sorry for this situation." I say trying to get out of trouble as I get up to leave his office. Walking out of his office, River, Roman, and Elysia, are in the hall waiting.
"Yo, what the fuck happened, bro?" River asks, "One second, I'm just walking around and then the next I hear people screaming and turns out you're fucking fighting Aiden Jackson."
"Well we weren't really fighting, he didn't get a hit on me."
"DAMNNNN, you could go up against Rhea with that skill." Roman exclaims.
